Marylin Monroe WAS beautiful though. A breathtakingly natural beauty. Sexy and stunning from head to toe. Not a scrap of botox or fillers or fake tan or teeth whitening. GORGEOUS!

I have to agree with a pp about Gisele Bundchen too. Striking and beautiful! One of the last proper supermodels to appear.

As for the woman off Masterchef being beautiful ........... (Fateha) ..? Just googled her as I never heard of her ... Errr well I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. 😬 It's clear that beauty is subjective when someone says Princess Diana is ordinary and Fateha is beautiful!

Meghan Markle AND Kate Middleton are both very pretty. Different pretty. Like Debbie Harry and Grace Kelly. Both stunning, but look different.

Bella and Gigi Hadid are pretty but I think they are overrated. Gigi is the prettier of the two. Ditto Halle Berry. Attractive but not stunning IMO. Angelina Jolie is stunning IMO, as is Naomi Campbell. The most stunning of the old school catwalk models (apart from Gisele) is Kate Moss IMO. Kate's daughter is a knockout too. Also the model Bar Refaeli is really pretty too

I also think Sydney Sweeney is very pretty, but some people think she is as plain as a lump of dough. Completely subjective. As a pp said, Bella Hadid is classed as one of the most beautiful women in the world, but in my eyes she is rather ordinary and average. 6/10.

The prettiest woman I have seen on TV for a long time is Marcia Wallace - the West End star who was on Big Brother. Vibrant, beautiful, and talented. Super attractive IMO.

I'm sorry but Lila Moss Hack is not 'a knockout' in any way, shape or form. Like Sydney Sweeney, she has a plain, doughy face.

She actually wasn't all natural.

She had a nose job, chin implant, breast implants.
Plus while she didn't have a fake tan, she certainly bleached the crap out of her hair.

I love Marilyn but like others, even back then plastic surgery was still a thing.

And she'd had a nose job. She had style though.

It's not the best photo of her that you've posted in your first post, OP. I watched a 3 part documentary about her some months back. There was lots of video footage. Quite a bit where she had no makeup (or not heavy glamour makeup anyway), posing and having fun on the beach. I'd never seen the fuss before seeing that programme, but watching it, as others have said, she just had IT. Call it charisma, or the X factor, or whatever, but she just had something that makes you not take your eyes off her.

Just remember even Marilyn Monroe wasn't born looking like that!

Marilyn Monroe had a shit ton of surgery, and it’s well documented. She was the original Kim K.
She had a good starting point, she was never bad looking. I think we can agree that the vast majority of people would find her appealing! 😁

She did have some surgery, but it's a bit much to call her 'the original Kim K'. She had talent and charisma and some brains. She wasn't just a vapid sex doll like Kim K.

And as for saying Bella Hadid is considered the most beautiful…. Absolutely not. I don’t think she’s attractive at all. I’d go so far as saying I’m probably prettier 😂

I'm sure you are. I was actually really surprised to find anyone on this thread who thought she is attractive. I don't know anyone who does IRL. I think she is downright scary looking in some pictures, she has had so much surgery that she looks years older than her age. She would have been better leaving herself alone, she would have been plain but at least looked her age. Nobody will ever convince me that she would ever been picked to model if she was just a girl from a normal background. Same goes for Lila Moss Hack, she looks like her father rather than her mother.

I think Kate Moss is very plain. Angelina Jolie I’ve never seen the fascination with I think she’s very masculine looking.

She also paved the way for one of my favourite comedy lines of all time - the milkman in Fr Ted on seeing Mrs Doyle. So if nothing else I thank her for that 😀

Oh yes, I've seen that but I reckon Kendall Jenner is more beautiful. I think with Marilyn, her personality came through and there are natural, candid shots of her looking happy where I think she looks much more beautiful than the highly styled and posed shots.

I can say none of my crowd would pick her out to be beautiful either. Literally more attractive women in shops. Yeah connections certainly help in these situations!
