Several times a week for me.

Pretty much never but if it's in the house I'll eat it so I don't buy any

tulipsunday · 16/04/2024 16:01

Every day 😊 probably shouldn't but life is too short to not have a little bit of chocolate joy!

NeverEnoughPants · 16/04/2024 16:03

Every day around the time of the month. Maybe once or twice a week otherwise. Probably none some weeks

I do prefer crisps though.

Mactoba · 16/04/2024 17:06

Multiple times a day.
Today I’ve had 2 dark choco liebniz, 2 ferrero rocher and a mini brownie

notanothernana · 16/04/2024 17:09

A couple of times a month.

EmpressSoleil · 16/04/2024 17:10

Hardly ever. I wish chocolate gave me the feelings it seems to give other people as I feel like I'm missing out! But it does nothing for me. The taste is just meh in my opinion. If I'm going to have something sweet, I'm more likely to go for some kind of cake or pudding.

PoppyCherryDog · 16/04/2024 17:14

Maybe 4 times a week. I get a little bar of Nomo caramel most times I got to the shop.

WallaceinAnderland · 16/04/2024 17:14

Hardly ever. Probably had some at Christmas. Definitely didn't have any over Easter so probably all in all about 2 or 3 times a year. I prefer savoury to sweet.

CustardySergeant · 16/04/2024 17:15

I never eat chocolate, as the fat content is too high for me to eat without suffering biliary colic. 😢

HuntingoftheSnark · 16/04/2024 17:16

Very rarely. I don't do moderation.

gkdf · 16/04/2024 17:17

Everyday

Supernova23 · 16/04/2024 17:19

Daily! But not loads of it.

Aquarius1234 · 16/04/2024 17:19

How much is an okay amount if you can't give up or have it very occasionally.
2 average bars a week?

Cas112 · 16/04/2024 14:28

Pretty much everyday, I'm trying to stop but it feels like an actual addiction 😫help

Same here. I've got a problem!

Meganmeccano · 16/04/2024 17:20

Depends. If someone buys us a box of chocolates or we buy one, I'll probably have one every day (if they're chocolates I like.) In winter / cold weather, more than in summer.

We often (e.g. once a fortnight) have desserts like chocolate mousse, fondant, cake, brownie and so sometimes I will have that, if it's something I like.

In cold weather I will occasionally get a mocha to drink as it's more comforting than my usual espresso and feels like more of a treat (also warms my hands!)

Living in a hot climate and then chemotherapy changing my tastebuds really reduced the amount of chocolate I eat / want to eat.

Aquarius1234 · 16/04/2024 17:21

Is chocolate ice cream worse than a 90 p chocolate bar 🍫

OP posts:
Aquarius1234 · 16/04/2024 17:21

I love chocolate ice cream too.

idontlikealdi · 16/04/2024 17:22

Not often, but I'm snobby about. Haribo on the other hand, near enough every day.

JLT24 · 16/04/2024 17:22

Either a small packet or crisps or a small bar of chocolate every day. I only eat dark chocolate as I can’t eat milk. Everything else I eat is unprocessed!

socks1107 · 16/04/2024 17:22

Everyday!

MsLuxLisbon · 16/04/2024 17:23

Every day and twice on Sundays. Except for Lent, when I give it up.

MsLuxLisbon · 16/04/2024 17:25

Oh, and I'm a size 8. It's a myth that chocolate is super fattening. It's very satisfying so if I eat a good chunk that can keep me going for ages.

SabreIsMyFave · 16/04/2024 17:26

Every day.

BreatheAndFocus · 16/04/2024 17:26

Every day!

purplecorkheart · 16/04/2024 17:26

A lot less than I used to tbh purely because more and more chocolate bars are tasting like crap.
