What’s your ‘mum uniform’?

Bit of a lame expression but I’m looking to buy new clothes that are practical for school run, park etc but easy to throw on together (ie not buying in outfits) and not too slobby/hideous. Just interested to see what everyone else wears, at 32 I’m too old for teen fashion but not ready for Next/Boden yet 😂

The socks over leggings with sliders and a dry robe is the look de jour for the older teen/younger 20's in my town, though many do swim in the marine lake or lidos in the area (also the natural pool where swimming is now banned yet ...)

I’m mid 50s (older mum), I wear straight leg jeans or smart joggers, with a sweatshirt /hoodie (have lots in bright colours). Oh and my very comfy sketcher trainers.

I’m afraid I am the boring one and tend to wear the same thing all the time! It’s skinny jeans (don’t care about fashions here lol) Breton top (in various colours) and converse (also in various colours). It might be boring but it’s comfy and practical, and washes super easily!

Long or midi denim skirt with jumper and trainers or oversized sweatshirt with flared leggings.

Gym wear. Always. I work out a lot. I wear gym wear to the office as I skate in quite often if I’m up in town. I then use the sauna/shower and wear casual work clothes.

@Tescovalu I'm a busy mum of 5, I also have 4 dogs that I walk everyday for 2 hrs. Actually I live in active wear, wellies and a big coat! That better?
