I don't know how it happened

Had one at 11am and liked it so much I had another.

One when walking the dog then another when I came back to warm me up with tea.

Two when watching a crap film, the repeat for Netflix

Then two must've jumped into my mouth

Ahh, sure they're only small. That said, I agree with this man.

I don’t get creme eggs, I only tried one once and never again.

Now 10 x cakes is something else.

Hiker50 · 24/03/2024 05:09

You were attacked by them. None of this is your fault.
Thankfully this year Waitrose have stopped selling Montezuma's peanut butter eggs because they used to jump into my mouth EVERY time I bought them and opened the packet (s).

effoffwind · 24/03/2024 05:17

As a for now committed slimming world attender .. I bloody hate you

When my motivation wains .. can I join you next time I'll up your 10 to at least 12

PeopleAreWeird · 24/03/2024 05:21

Have you tried frozen ones - Yum!

Suck the top of the chocolate egg till it melts, then the inside is abit stodgy (not frozen)

Yummy!!

MariaVT65 · 24/03/2024 05:22

YANBU. We only live once.

I fondly remember my school trip to whitby where I ate four 99 flake ice creams in one day. Of course they were cheaper then.

MariaVT65 · 24/03/2024 05:23

I also do love a creme egg mcflurry!

BigMandyHarris · 24/03/2024 05:26

OMG
I would be so sick.

Not sure I could manage one tbh!

We are taking this down as its not in the spirit of the site.

Crème egg consumption doesn't cause diabetes. Please educate yourself.

JiraffDeSaki · 24/03/2024 05:34

Mate, hold on to your hat in about 12 hours - I accidentally ate 10 in one day, and by God did my intestines punish me for my greed.

Worth it though, would do it again.

Cleaningupthemess · 24/03/2024 05:36

Bloody hell OP, I thought I could down a lot of chocolate but I feel a total amateur. Years ago I started a thread asking if I was BU for eating a terrys chocolate orange in one sitting. I can see now that I was just playing at it.

That’s DEFINITELY not unreasonable.

ForestBather · 24/03/2024 05:46

And I felt like I'd been a piglet eating two yesterday. As long as you don't do it every day, you'll survive.

Itwasafterallallaboutme · 24/03/2024 05:56

I'm going to whisper this so that @Viviennemary doesn't hear me:

Amazon have a box of 48 for sale right now at just under £20 for the box...

PurpleFlower1983 · 24/03/2024 05:58

If that’s all you’ve had you’re likely in calorie deficit so all good 🤣

If eating the equivalent of 60 teaspoons of sugar in a day isn't a binge, what do you consider binge eating to be?

Binge eating is when you eat a large amount of food in a short amount of time and feel you can't control what or how much you are eating, to the point of feeling uncomfortable or ill. If done regularly, then it is binge eating disorder. Eating 10 creme eggs over the course of the day is not a large amount in a short period of time, especially when not much else is eaten. You can binge on anything, not just sugar. The OP's experience is not binge eating.

timegoesbysoso · 24/03/2024 00:05

More or less all I ate. That and some plums. A very odd day

You are also meant to have a max of 25g sugar a day. 260g in 10 creame eggs.

I think the best thing to do would have been to have a massive salad. Then quarter of a mini egg

😂😂😂

fluffi · 24/03/2024 06:33

YANBU. 10 crème eggs over entire day it sounds very easily done and not unreasonable! I’m impressed you just ate 2 at a time, especially now they’ve shrunk!

10 in one sitting eg for lunch or breakfast … now maybe that would be binge eating and a bit YABU

fluffi · 24/03/2024 06:39

Also Tesco clubcard has 5 for £1.50 at the moment if anyone is feeling envious / hungry / inspired 😂

willWillSmithsmith · 24/03/2024 06:53

They’re probably half the size they were back in the 70s so you only really had five. :)

BCBird · 24/03/2024 06:55

Oh dear. I.didn"t realise they were onli 177 calories😁

BCBird · 24/03/2024 06:56

When I was a kid u struggled to nite into them as the chocolate was so thick

Toomuchgoingon79 · 24/03/2024 07:00

I'd understand if they had been cadburys caramel eggs! Crème eggs are way to sickly.
