What's worse than postbox toppers? Seasonal postbox toppers when it isn't that season

Round here we are surrounded by Christmas postbox toppers.

It's March FFS.

Wondering if the topper crafters have downed tools having realised they could do something better with their time.

In your position (conscious of the Ring Doorbells) I would go out in a man’s suit and shoes and balaclava (preferably crocheted), adopting an unfamiliar gait, and remove the offending item, perhaps place it in a plastic bag and drop on the steps of a local church in the manner of an abandoned baby, then take a very circuitous route home, perhaps sleeping rough or flying to Marbella for a couple of days until the furore has died down.

Surely they must be more than a bit bedraggled? They must be grey and soggy and disgusting by now.

Yes! The constant comments about cap badges and inappropriate hats in films and TV dramas do my head in.

Some might think they are lovely, but you have no right to impose your taste as you do not own the post box. One person’s graffiti art is another’s vandalism.
