Men with long fingernails....

Omg just yuck ! Why? It gives me the ick... currently sat on a train next to a very pleasant man by all accounts and then I see his long fingernails ...think like 3mm or so long. Why ?? Is it just me that really gets out off by it ? Cut your nails short ! I can't even explain it....
I'm not talking about guitar players where there's a function or similar. Normal men (this one is definitely going into an office job). Tell me what also icks you ??

Oh and don't get me started on woman that have phones on loud speaker holding it by their ears as if the sounds comes out of the underside of the phone 😆

Why have you set up a completely different scenario to compare? Why not just say, "imagine if a man commented on a woman's fingernails"?

Because that wouldn't be a comparison. The person I was replying to said that a man should give up playing guitar in order to have short nails.
