I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

X2 cups of tea

Leftover balaian chicken curry for lunch but the chicken was rubbery so I just ate the rice, sauce and courgettes.

Beef tacos with onions, peppers, beans and cheese with cucumber and lettuce on the side for tea.

A fake snickers from Aldi in the bath while mumsnetting (right now!)

Breakfast - Nothing, never been a breakfast person.

Lunch - 2 slices of bakery bread with lurpak, ham and tomatoes.

Dinner - home alone tonight so slumming it with 2 slices of bakery bread and spreadable cheese. Jelly fruit pot for dessert.

About to have snack of cheese and pickled onions.

Slight lack of fresh fruit and veg today. This is not normal for me.

I’ve not eaten much really:

2 cups of tea and a banana this morning

Melon, red grapes and yoghurt at lunchtime

Another cup of tea

Scrambled egg on 2 wholemeal toast

3 litres of water

I’m hungry and sick to death of water…

A (very large) coffee.

A ham, cucumber and cream cheese sandwich (2 pieces wholemeal bread), carrot and cucumber sticks, a packet of quavers.

Braised beef with carrot and swede mash.

A curly wurly. Two tangerines.

About 4 litres of water.

Allbran mixed with Alpen plus fresh blueberries.

Softcentred scotch egg with salt and pepper skinny fries, and salad.

Two bananas, two satsumas a Marmite sandwich and four cups of tea. I'm in bed with a M E flare, but don't eat much more than this when the M E is being quiet. Multivitamin tabs every day.

Breakfast....porridge made with water topped with %fat Greek yoghurt and mango chunks, strawberries and blueberries. Slice of toast with scrape of jam. Coffee.

Lunch...pkt of baked low fat cheese &onion mini cheddars. Sandwich with slice of ham, lettuce, tomato, beetroot and gherkin. Coffee.

Dinner....chicken and chickpea curry with basmati rice. A satsuma and more coffee.

I've been low fat /low dairy for the past 18 months . I'm waiting to get my gallbladder out. Upside is I've lost almost 4 stone....bloody gallstones did me a favour....though I wouldn't recommend it!

Ham and cheese sandwich with apple and crisps, two pieces of fudge
Pasta with cherry tomatoes, pesto, Parmesan and pine nuts

Lots and lots and lots of milky tea, plus some zero-cal lemon and lime squash!

Always absolutely ravenous in the lead up to my period.

A salad with 2 eggs for some protein, a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes and a 2 finger kitkat. I can't be arsed with food prep today, I'm just not feeling it.

breakfast: two pieces of toast with marmite and jam

Lunch: leftover pea and paneer curry, rice (yesterday’s dinner)

a grapefruit with brown sugar

a couple of chocolates from the shared sweets tin at work

dinner: Thai green curry with veg and white fish, rice

several cups of tea and coffee throughout! And I’m about to have a decaf and maybe a biscuit.

I'm eating in a deficit so it's very boring 🙄

  • Pre workout and boiled egg
  • Protein shake
  • Collagen coffee with almond milk
  • Whipped cottage cheese and Greek yoghurt with garlic and lemon, topped with grilled chicken and courgette
  • Tuna steak with cabbage, green beans and mushrooms
  • Protein yoghurt
  • Alpen Lite bar
  • Water and peppermint tea
