I love reading/ hearing about what people have eaten for some reason!
I like telling people what I have eaten too but often they think I'm weird, haha.

So, would you share what you had today and if it was good or bad? (Taste wise, not judging the health benefits)

Mine so far was...
Half a pack of cadbury mini eggs (omg sooo good! will finish them after dinner!)
4 quorn mini eggs (there's a theme here for some reason!)
3 x tea with 2 sugars and milk (twining english breakfast)- my new fave. PG have changed the recipe the bastards!
2 glasses white wine (yummm)
2 satsumas, one with too many pips (why everything is round shaped today?)
& and going to have quiche lorraine with potatoes and salad...(not my fave but my my nice fish is in the freezer and the quiche will go off tomorrow).

@Paw2024 Love that salad! Haloumi is the best, Is that chilli sauce I spy? (I love encona and sriracha) I had about half a block the other day with sundried tomatoes and crusty bread.

Glad to see we are still going!

Wagamama house dressing - it's my current fixation!
I put smoked paprika on the halloumi too

Yesterday I had:
2 cups of coffee.
Philly cheesesteak loaded fries
a bit of Malteser slice
Haggis, mash, roast cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, parsnip and creamy sauce
Bowl of jelly

Pancakes (gluten free) with peanut butter, berries & maple syrup
Banana
Hula hoops and coconut yoghurt
Chicken wings, chips & peas
Chocolate

This was me for yesterday.

Breakfast: Coffee with a dash of soy milk.

Lunch: Organic houmous, topped with mixed seeds with raw vegetables (mushrooms, carrot, radish, cucumber) - plus a sheet of nori and glug of apple cider vinegar. Slurp of beetroot juice as well.

Dinner: Homemade carrot, coconut and lentil dahl with bulgar wheat and topped with kefir, sumac and flaked almonds - plus my usual side salad of rocket, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radish, sweetcorn, beetroot kim chi, home-grown broccoli sprouts and edamame beans, and topped with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sumac, black pepper and mixed sesame seeds. Also a bite of turmeric root.

Dessert: 2 x squares 100% dark chocolate from Cocoa Runners.

Snacks: Handful blueberries and blackberries.

Drinks: Genmaichai green tea and home made kefir water throughout the day. One Goodrays CBD drink.

One crumpet and a croissant with ginger marmalade

Fish finger sandwich with rocket and tartar sauce

2 faggots, baby sprouts, carrots, Yorkshire pudding and gravy

Greek yoghurt and raspberries

Yesterday

B: porridge with milk, raspberries, sunflower seeds and cinnamon

Pint of lemon juice with 1 tbsp chia seeds (it's meant to help "move things along")

L: Butternut squash and lentil soup w rye bread
Kefir and whole milk smoothie with banana and flax and walnut butter

D: chicken curry naan with Kim chi, cucumber, olives and lettuce

Snack: Popcorn

Drinks:

Lemon and ginger tea
Whole milk latte

Trying to shift baby weight and eat healthier. So far so good!

So far all I've had is 2 sugar free juneberry Red Bulls and an apple! Slept late and no time for breakfast before the school run, and been busy since I got back home. Need to think about lunch.

B : Bowl of Alpen /half a bagel with marmite

L : 3 egg omelette with small amount of grated cheddar
1 cookie

S : Small bowl Greek yogurt with honey & blueberries

D : no idea yet

Few mugs of tea, lots of water.

Am doing lots of physical labour at the moment and 2 cardio/weights classes later. Also having the period from hell. Can't seem to stop eating 😩

I’m trying to eat more and recover from an eating disorder relapse so I’ve had:

A big bowl of banana, frozen blueberries (still frozen 🥰), Greek yoghurt and sultanas.
A chocolate orange protein bar.
An air fryer cheese toasty and a bag of cheese and cheese onion crisps (proud of myself for that as bread, hot food for munch and crisps are fear foods).
Dinner will be sausages, chips and beans as it’s pay day tomorrow and we’ve nothing else in!

Veg soup and half a bagel

Rice, tuna, beans and pickled beetroot with an apple and a bit of leftover trifle

Omelette, peas and sweetcorn, chicken burger all and probably two mini Twirls I found in the back of the cupboard.

Halloumi grain salad with mini naan
3 pieces Parma ham
Nairns oat biscuits

Porridge with berries and yoghurt and a coffee
An apple .
2 slicees of rye sourdough with peanut butter and a banana and a cup of tea
Coffee and half a chocolate brownie
Dinner is jacket potato tuna mayo and salad
Usually eat grapes and satsuma later.
Drink lots of water in between

Lunch: Bagel with halloumi, salad, and tomatoes

Snack: Salt and vinegar walkers crisps

Dinner: I'll have leftover pasta with mushrooms and broccoli in a white sauce with some parmesan

For drinks I've had 2 coffees and a few herbal teas

about to make dinner. Chicken curry, Dahl (both c/o Waitrose) brown basmati rice and something green.

Loads - stressful time for me and I seem to be eating like there’s no tomorrow.

Piece of toast, hot cross bun, California roll sushi, cheese and onion crisps, two M&S Madelines, apple, salmon, veg, noodles. I’ll be having a gin later.

I’ve decided I’m an emotional eater 😩.

Today:

Pesto hummus with cucumber, apple, edamame beans and a few non UPF crackers
A homemade muffin
Frozen pineapple
Lean mince, loads of veg and lentil bolognese with a jacket potato and cheddar cheese.

A couple of coffees with milk and a bit of coconut sugar.

2 cups of coffee with skimmed milk and sweetener. Realised at about 10am I hadn't eaten.

So I had 2 0% high protein yoghurt packs and I ate these

1pm went to the lunch room & bought a ceaser salad with chicken.

Arrived home from work and had a salmon with salad. Picked at some left over mince. Water melon.

Loads of water
