Of course she could it's assault.
She could've been arrested for it and charged.

runkid · 18/03/2008 20:44

totaleclipse this is so awful does this mean he saw them together

3NAB · 18/03/2008 20:48

Was she saying it happened to make trouble and H told his mate he had to show off - but didn't actually?

3NAB · 18/03/2008 20:49

Just read that he is seeing her. Sorry.

at your DT1 saying you had a sore bum. Kids, don't you just love 'em?!?

cheesesarnie · 18/03/2008 20:55

totaleclipse- and for you.what a twat.

totaleclipse · 18/03/2008 20:56

I told him what a callus (sp) disrespectful heartless bastard he was, if he was truly sorry for what he had done and how he had hurt me, he would have cut all ties with her to try and prove it, he said if I would take him back he would end it with her like a shot, I was livid, told him where to go, and in a moment of childish madness told him to tell the slapper not to walk down any dark alleys as I was after her blood not clever I know.

totaleclipse · 18/03/2008 20:57

Oh and 30 minutes after leaving, he called me, crying and saying he was truly sorry

PotPourri · 18/03/2008 20:57

Totaleclipse - I am really shocked. And feel so sorry for you - not read the full thread. But yanbu - kick him out asap, it's disgusting behaviour, and am so shocked about kids there in bed. Absolutely disgusting.

Do you have some RL support, you must be gutted. Big hugs across the internet to you - be strong. You can do this - stand tall. It's not acceptable, so don't accept it

runkid · 18/03/2008 20:58

quite honestly i think you have every right to be angry

cheesesarnie · 18/03/2008 21:01

he'll end it with her like a shot!!!!!!god what an idiot!how old is he btw?

expatinscotland · 18/03/2008 21:01

only read the OP.

he'd be to the kerb quicker than you can say 'quick' if he were with me.

totaleclipse · 18/03/2008 21:04

He is 31

camillathechicken · 18/03/2008 21:08

yes, sorry he has lost you for the sake of a quick shag

stay strong

if for whatever reason you want to make another go of things, your decision, your terms and your way.

hope you have lots of RL support too

Mumcentreplus · 18/03/2008 21:08

KaySamuels · 18/03/2008 21:23

totaleclipse so sorry you are going through this, just wanted to add my support. He is a fool, your dcs sound lovely, focus on yourself and them for now. {hugs}

VeniVidiVickiQV · 18/03/2008 21:35

Sorry TE

Echo what CD and MB said about taking some time.

alwaysnamechangeforaibu · 18/03/2008 22:35

and for you te
what an arse!

UncleBulgaria · 18/03/2008 22:41

and not one post on the first page asking if this is a wind up thread????

solo · 19/03/2008 00:07

To LO's question about sore bum...more of a pain in the arse...bless the kids, they are what keep us going aren't they?

davidtennantsmistress · 19/03/2008 00:24

no UB why would there be??

te - only just read this and this is what you're going thru.

it does get easier in some ways, in others not. don't be in too much of a rush to get over it - take it form one who knows (it's only been 6 months and I have a controlling manipulative, cheating x but still) allow yourself to go thru every emotion the highs and lows. you will come out a stronger person weather YOU choose to have him back or not.

fwiw he does need to grow up - go back like a shot - bet the girl will love playing second fiddle but then again she should have thought of that before messing about with a married man. He well, words fail me.

and I suspect your step dads comments on his anger is jsut cos he's so annoyed with your H and wants to protect you - men seem to think this way when their child is upset & hurting. (again my dad & brother have been the same - so far i've controlled the situation thou)

anyhooo we're a friendly bunch on lone parents, so even if it's a brief stop you're more than welcome over with us

cheesesarnie · 19/03/2008 14:34

UncleBulgaria-why would this be a wind up??

madamez · 19/03/2008 14:37

TE: you'll come out the other side of this feling better.FWIW I am appalled at your XP's rudeness and total lack of respect for your feelings: shagging someone else in your bed and not even bothering to cover up is pathetic behaviour. It sounds as though he might have wanted to end your relationship but was too spineless to do so decently.
Well done for wanting to keep things civil for the DCs sake.

madamez · 19/03/2008 14:38

Bethoo: the only reason your nasty vicious friend was not arrested would be because the woman she attacked declined to press charges. Your friend definitely committed assault and was lucky to get away with it. Hopefully she will grow up.

totaleclipse · 19/03/2008 21:42

unclebulgaria

Just feck off will ya, I am a regular, if it was a wind up or I was a troll i would have at least changed my name!!!

bohemianbint · 19/03/2008 21:45

So he's hedging his bets and thinks this is a good way of getting you back?

I'm really sorry, I hope you're ok and everything works out for you.
