Baileys.

Both drink AND dessert.

EPIC.

Name a better drink I dare ya!

Starbucks should do Baileys Frappuccino. Maccy D should do Baileys McFlurry.

EPIC.

Has a vegan option that is also EPIC.

Goes well with cereal. Cos it’s EEEPPPICC.

YANBU Baileys is EPIC.

YABU I am in an alternate universe where Baileys is not EPIC, so this vote doesn’t count.

I will not accept the results unless I am YANBU.

I want those Christmas wreath macarons, they are beautiful!

@slowsundays You do realise that this business of no alcohol during pregnancy is an American fiction with zero evidence to back it up? In fact the evidence is the other way: look at Italy or France. According to the US fiction they should be nations of cretinous zombies. Drink up!

I have never been a great drinker but I don't recall not drinking at all when I was pregnant, we certainly attended some Mess functions that weren't known for being alcohol free! One thing I do recall though was being at a drinks party and asking the Steward for a glass of water with a slice of lemon, however at some point a different Steward saw my low glass on a table and topped it up with g and t. I took a sip, I've never drunk spirits, started to cough and almost gave birth on the spot

Thank you!

I spat out my tea at baileys on coco pops.

I was put off that kind of stuff years ago and haven’t drunk it since, due to late nights at our regular Indian restaurant where the owner would come round with a bottle of the Netto version and joyfully pour out glass after glass for us (and himself). It really didn’t sit well after 4 pints and a massive spicy feast.

TheHoover · 26/11/2023 08:12

Oh yeah also awful memories of Friday-night post-work carnage involving multiple B52 shots in Tiger Tiger….😞

I'm a macaron baker and I've just made Baileys chocolate ganache to fill my Christmas wreath macarons with. I'm expecting them to sell quite well 😆

Where can we buy these???? They are STUNNING!!

@DontBeSoPrude I don't post them I'm afraid, they're too delicate 😆 if by any chance you're in The Midlands I'm based in Coventry!

AMARULA (south African drink with elephant on the bottle) is EVEN BETTER than Baileys IMVHO

100% agree

JackGrealishsCalves · 26/11/2023 13:14

I discovered Baileys Salted Caramel last night 🤩.
Last years favourite was Baileys Apple Pie

HippyChickMama · 26/11/2023 13:43

YANBU! I only ever buy Bailey's at Christmas, it would feel wrong somehow to drink it at any other time of year. I've bought two 1l bottles already on Nectar price offer, might get a 3rd before Christmas. I make a dessert to take to my parents house for Boxing Day every year and this year I'm doing Nigella's Bailey's tiramisu 😋

Chickenkeev · 26/11/2023 13:45

I really don't like it at all.

Fionaville · 26/11/2023 13:46

YANBU I could easily drink a full bottle. It's just a shame that it's probably a weeks worth of calories (I've not looked, because I don't want to feel guilty about my occasional treat 😅)

porridgeisbae · 26/11/2023 13:49

You said it all OP, nothing to discuss.

I haven't tried it with cereal yet though.

One thing- do not throw it up. It curdles. It's nasty.

doner2021 · 26/11/2023 14:10

Mmmm just had a baileys hot chocolate. Extremely addictive . Grin

JustACountryMusicGirlInCowboyBoots · 26/11/2023 14:39

Baileys cheesecake is now on my Christmas menu.

happytobemrsg · 26/11/2023 14:55

Is there a tasty non-alcoholic version? Love Baileys but can’t drink alcohol at the moment

LadyEloise1 · 26/11/2023 16:52

Baileys - yuck. And I'm Irish Blush

Amarula ( South African drink ) with ice.
Now you're talkin !!!!
