AIBU to feel annoyed Marks and Spencer have.....

changed their knicker styles? The style I have bought for years no longer exists. Have bought underwear from M&S forever, but have had to shop elsewhere.
Very disappointed!

I can also second someone else's recommendation of stripe and stare, they do all the big knickers in different colours for those who like that kind of thing.

(Also worth mentioning that M&S aren't a charity, they change stock based on commercial needs)

£18 for a pair of pants though! I would expect them to be good at that price!

@ImImnotsorrysorry - Don't know if they are the same but my local M&S have cookie dunkers! In a tub, long oval type shape, oats and cookie I think. I'm going to put some in DS's Xmas stocking. £3.50 I think

Actually, thinking about it, I don’t think they’ve done spring onion crisps for decades. ☹️ But if they ever discontinue the poached salmon and watercress sandwiches I shall cry.

Glad this is on Mumsnet. all the shorts multipacks now have a sticker on them that says they are the same as midi but now called low rise shorts for some reason 🙄I have just bought some knickers from Sainsburys and I'm fuming because I got size 12 shorts and they are incredibly thin and just big arse gobblers.

The low rise shorts are most certainly not the same as the midi style! They are more like bikini pants. The midi knickers were supposed to be renamed as high rise shorts. I love the microfibre packs as they aren’t so thick under clothes. The only ones that marks now do are the ones with no elastic round the leg that ride up your backside like Brazilian cut. I’m going to look at next and other brands. Why do M&S do this?

Ah okay I couldn't remember if it was low rise or high rise. Yes! the ones I got from Sainsburys have no elastic round the leg as well! I don't like the microfibre ones if they're the syntheticy ones because I think they just make you feel hot.

Christmas ‘American snacks’. Big bags of pretzels and other salty bits of heaven. It was the start of Christmas here. Only for a few years till the joy ended in 2022. Lovely memories.

@Hoptimist we LOVED those! Little pieces of fried bread, corn chips and pretzels. I’d forgotten till you mentioned them! Much nicer than Prosecco and glitter flavour crisps 🤢

Yes!! I feel less alone now. Nobody I know shared the love. I called it American Crack.
