As with most things it depends on who’s wearing them.

Sometimes they look good, sometimes they don’t.

Literally everyone wears them. You’ll struggle to find people not wearing them at the gym. Problem is they only look good if you’ve got a good bum and 90% of people who wear them are not in that catagory

I've just googled what they are. I hate them leggings. Couldn't think of anything worse than making my bum look bigger than it is.

I don’t see people wearing them at the gym I go to. They are quite odd looking, I don’t own any nor do I wish to!

What's wrong with normal gymshark leggings and a t shirt?

I saw loads of women wearing scrunch leggings and gym bras in the gym today. Fine, people can wear what they want, but people will have opinions 😂

I can't help staring when I see them, must look a right perv.

All the young crowd seem to wear them at uni. Admittedly I am a straight, older woman, but they are hard to miss for the wrong reasons. Makes me grateful I'm not a straight, older man. I'd be frightfully uncomfortable.

Most girls who wear them in my gym look great but there are a lot of size 8, flat stomached, toned girls there! To be honest, if I was 25 years younger and looked like a did back then, I'd own 10 pairs 👍

They are indecent. I was in Tesco with my elderly father and a woman with a rather ample bum wearing them bent right over in front of my Dad. He said ‘Good God’ . I thought he was going have a stroke, as in a medical episode not literally. I didn’t know where put my face. Arse cracks need to be covered up!!

I would even feel weird just wearing normal black leggings and a top that didn't cover my bum. I don't get on with jeans (they make my legs really red and itchy) but I always wear a top long enough to cover my behind otherwise it just feels awkward knowing people can see my underwear outline through them 🤣 - those scrunch leggings are just awful

I like Sweaty Betty 'bum sculpting' leggings so he'd assumed these were the same concept.
When I opened them, I thought DP had ripped them and then attempted to repair them with terrible sewing skills.

I had to Google scrunch bum leggings. I laughed and laughed and vowed not to wear them ever. But then I tried them on and, TBH, they do look good. They're actually quite comfortable too. Reader: I wear them in the regular gym clobber rotation. Apologies.

They’re just awful, awful things. I don’t know when this trend started but it’s one I just can’t get into. I actually looked at a pair online and in the description it said that they should only be worn with thongs.

So you’re going to the gym with thongs on and leggings in your arse. I feel like one of the only women in the gym who still wear standard gym leggings😂 I don’t get the point either. Is it to bring attention to womens ‘gym gains’ or just to show their glutes?

I like them. I'd look absolutely horrendous in them, but I think if you've got a particular type of bum they look great. I also like the tiny shorts as well - again, not for my middle-aged saggy arse, but on others they can look great.
