Gaza has no food, no electricity and no water. On top of that they are being bombarded constantly
Israel has bombed the only escape route for refugees via Egypt, there is no way out
israel continues the blockage by air, land and sea - no aid can get in, no one can get out.
israel has said they will obliterate Gaza.

this is unprecedented, no matter what happens with governments or wars, you have refugee camps…safe havens…(often difficult) access to water - how are we even debating that this is acceptable? Am i the only person thinking this is the human race at its absolute worst? Its heartbreaking to watch, literally noone is doing anything - we are observing a genocide.

I couldn't even begin to think like that. To do so would be to dismiss the rape, torture and murders that took place a few weeks ago. The specific targeting.

I’m not an Israeli politician or army personnel. But if I was as incompetent at my job as they are in theirs I would resign in shame.

So you don't know, as you're not equipped with the military intelligence and therefore not part of strategic command.

No, but also am not running on anything, other than emotion.

Massacring thousands of innocent children has helped no one.
It has destabilised life in the ME, including in Israel.
And it hasn’t brought the Israeli hostages back.

Now they are massacring thousands of innocent children. And for what? The massacring, apart from being utterly cruel and obscene, has destabilised life in the ME, including for Israel. Yet it has failed so far to bring the hostages back. And now the killings look set to extend to other countries too.

How is this a success? How is this a job well done?

Unless of course the objective was always to seize Gaza for Israeli territory.

Not to mention that the Israeli government and army, despite having contributed to an increase in hostilities towards Israel from its neighbours, and despite receiving massive funding every year from the US towards its military, utterly failed to protect their own borders and people on October 7.

Israel are releasing more and more footage of the Hamas attacks. It’s a PR war now.
What they don’t get though is that most of us don’t consider and Israeli child’s life to be worth more than a Palestinian child’s.

What some people appear not to get is that pretty much no one believes that 'an Israeli child's life is worth more than a Palestinian child's life'. It's a great social media meme though, credit to those who came up with it. And it works really well particularly on western women, above all mums. It's funny to see the kind of propaganda that works in the least racist societies on Earth, and almost certainly the least racist in all of human history.

Israel are very keen to blame Hamas for all of its problems. However, I'm not sure why they are killing children in the west bank where there is no Hamas???

I'm sure you've been on several of these threads. Are you really still unaware that Hamas is also in the West Bank, that there are many other terrorist groups in both Gaza and the West Bank, and that there are terrorist attacks unaffiliated with any group? I've seen that discussed over and over. You must have missed it all.

There are also plenty of Hamas supporters in the West Bank. After PIJ bombed their own hospital in Gaza last week there were children and babies in Ramallah with Hamas flags and bandanas. Babies being used to show their parents' support of terrorists 🤯

In fact, if you are referring to my questioning posters what they would do to flush out Hamas and their answer being I don't know. It's probably just as well somebody is asking that question to somebody who doesn't think Hamas are in the West Bank, for instance.

It's all very well and good criticising Israel but if you aren't in possession of even basic facts, I don't think being dramatic is going to help.
