What happened in Israel was horrific by Hamas. But why are Palestinians being restricted, bombed, dehydrated and deprived of basic needs because of terrorists? Why is the world supporting Israel commiting war crimes?

This has triggered me to read more about the history because i didn’t know about it. But Palestine occupied the land i t’il Britain decided Israël could establish a state on it? Now Israel is a recognised country but Palestine isn’t?

@SaySomethingMan the area was part of the Ottoman empire before becoming a British territory. The League of Nations then divided the land between a new Jewish state and the other Arab residents, these did not agree and war broke out, Israel won and in the process increased their territory.

It's a widely acknowledged fact that hamas don't give a shit about the Palestinian people. That's not what they are fighting for.
So quite why Israel thinks bombing and killing innocent Palestinians will stop hamas in their tracks i have no idea.
It smacks of simple revenge rather than 'wiping out hamas' at the root cause.

Israel have already pretty much admitted failing to protect Israeli Jews over the weekend. Can't help but think they're continuing to fail them with this retaliation. It's not going to solve anything or keep anyone safe.

Please give this a watch. Seems unsurprisingly that not only have they cut off basic utilities but are deliberately targeting communications. No witnesses, No means of getting information out.

Ffs I'm so utterly disappointed in the PM. How on earth can the man support this? Condemn Hamas AND the siege. I feel let down that so many people may think he speaks for the UK, when so many are disgusted by the actions on both sides and absolutely do not lend their support to either attack.
