The internet is full of inspirational meme quotes that are cheesy, meaningless and shallow. Love laugh life. That thing Marilyn Monroe never said. However, are there are good sayings / quotes / wisdom that you like?

Eat that frog - i.e. if it's something you must do but really don't want to, get it done first and so it's out of the way.

Doesn't work if you're French though, does it!

Don’t take criticism from people you wouldn’t go to for advice. Has stood me in good stead in various situations.
