To think my husband peeing in the sink is...

DISGUSTING!! I was woken up in the middle of the night by an unidentified trickling noise. When I looked around I saw the ensuite door ajar and dh peeing in the sink! I had to do a double take as I wasn't aware this was 'normal' behaviour.

I told dh that it is disgusting as we clean our teeth, and wash at that sink! He is saying what else can he do as he has "a rock hard dick," and it would "get everywhere if he was "to do it in the toilet!" I then said could he not sit down to which he said that wouldn't work either!

DH told me this doesn't happen often, which made me realise he has done this before, he said it is only when he has been too hard. 🤢
Is this normal for men to do under these circumstances?
I have told him he needs to bleach the sink, as all I heard him do was run some water in washing his hands. If I hadn't have woken I would have cleaned my teeth there this morning!

I don't know of any blokes who pee in the sink as I have never dated feral men. However I do know that grim men who think it's fine to pee in sinks (or shop doorways) and try to say it's normal invariably never think to swill it down. I highly doubt they even clean the bathroom as they tend to have magical cleaning fairies.

And how pray do you know this if you don't date these types of men? 🤔 (Assuming you're not into some weird pee fetish lol).

I'm also trying to visualise how you'd go about washing down after peeing in a doorway. Also, don't lots of women think the SheWee is the best thing since sliced bread?

@CantThinkOfANameAtAll

I'd have more of a problem going near a sink that a women has washed her uterine contents and vaginal juices down then using a sink my husband has urinated in personally. Who knows one day I might have to wipe my husbands diarrhoea but you know what I love him so who cares.

I agree. It's worse putting it on unsuspecting strangers. I mean, imagine if you dropped a lipstick or makeup brush in that sink after.

A friend LTB because he peed in the sink.

tryingtogoveggyagain · 20/08/2023 22:47

He could maybe stand on his head to pee in the toilet so his erection is pointing downwards? 😅

I don't think it's that uncommon among men judging from (I think) astronaut Tim Peake's book describing his time in army training. One of the jokes they played on each other was to unscrew the waste pipe from under sink in each other's rooms so that when they couldn't be bothered to go to the loo in the middle of the night and went in the sink they would pee all over their feet.

Your friend never truly loved him.

Youdontsay87 · 20/08/2023 22:54

@ReginaRegina it doesn't bare thinking about 🤢

Must've really peed her off....

TheNestedIf · 20/08/2023 23:43

Genuine LTB territory for me, too personally. Especially as this DH's proposed solution is to piss all over another area you'd expect to go to get clean instead, and then leave OP and his kids to paddle in the residue. Filthy, disgusting pig.

CantThinkOfANameAtAll · 20/08/2023 23:54

Yeah, can't be bothered with you Regina. Funny how the majority of posters are in agreement. You have a very strange boundary if you don't care that some men don't pee in the special peeing receptacle that every home has.

Picture of Thatcher in the en suite should do it

Yep

We need some men to answer this. Maybe it's a big secret and they're all doing it.

Man here - nope, this is minging!
Wait 30 seconds for some ‘droop’ then have a normal wee.

Somewhereovertherainbowweighapie · 21/08/2023 01:09

I would go after him and leave his toothbrush in the sink.

Fannyfiggs · 21/08/2023 12:37

Who the fuck washes their mooncup in a public sink????

Disgusting habit however often or not he does it.

This had to be a wind up 😂

Loads of people on here apparently. One of the common fears seems to be that a transwoman could come in and see them washing it.

AperfectMess · 21/08/2023 18:49

Yuk, now I shudder at the times I've dropped a lipstick in a public sink; just as well I wiped the part that had made contact on a tissue. 🤢

Said sink has been disinfected, and dh is on a strict policy never to do the dirty deed again. I have told him he'll either have to sort himself out or wait for it to go down, and i told him yes even at 3am!

Titicacacandle · 21/08/2023 19:13

I've never seen anyone wash out their mooncup. Surely they just empty it and put it back in like I do? Mind boggles!

MistyGreenAndBlue · 21/08/2023 19:28

My DH"s response to your DH's erection excuse was a curt "that's bollocks"
So there you have it. 😂
