I’m only 19 but I’ve already messed up my entire life, I’ve been struggling for weeks but now everything has gone wrong this morning. I’ve messed up my entire life, I have no one to talk to about it. I feel like running away is the only option. Sorry I just need a rant but I do feel like running away is the only option

Sorry, I didn’t mean to come across as dramatic, I’m sorry

You're grand. I'll be awake for a good while if you need to chat.

Orangeandredclouds · 20/08/2023 00:47

I’ll type the other things that out that have gone on in the morning as it is very late now

Can you draft a simple text to send to anyone that messages you tonight.

"I'm sorry for all that's happened. I'm going to put it right/get counselling/pay you back/apologise/whatever as soon as I can. I'm switching off my phone right now so that I can get some sleep and be able to start sorting things out tomorrow. Goodnight"

Then switch off your phone.

I was thinking about doing this but I can’t decide if it is best to do this or just not reply to them?

OP look at all this amazing support!
There is always a way to overcome any challenges no matter how big or small even when you think there isn't.

OP if you want to send me a PM feel free, I'm qualified in understanding autism and child & young people's mental health. Here if you need anything Flowers

Thank you so much. I’ll send you a PM in the morning as it’s very late now and I don’t want to be an inconvenience/keep you awake, thank you in advance though. I’ll PM in the morning

Oh to run away. Those were the days.

babybird123 · 20/08/2023 01:10

My DH failed all A-Levels. Went to uni and did a foundation year first. Passed with 2:1 four years later and now owns his own tech company.

Orangeandredclouds · 20/08/2023 01:14

It’s not just my A level results. There are many other reasons why I feel like this as well

Forget A Levels and forget the other reasons. Time for a clean slate now. Up and at 'em like. There is literally no point in dragging sh*t around with you. What do you want to do? What do you want your future to be? It's yours for the taking now so grab it with both hands and run with it.

elifont · 20/08/2023 03:40

You could have the best results and still wouldn't be enough for some people to be supportive . The only life goal is to be happy, for some that's having 4 kids in a caravan, others it's being an amazing actress and loving that career.

Orangeandredclouds · 20/08/2023 11:30

I still feel the same this morning to be honest, upset. My grandparents are angry with me for not being at home last night. Another one of my friends is angry at me as well now too, it’s just never ending. I’ll type out everything else that’s on my mind soon as I am just about to go and get something to eat as I have not had anything to eat yet this morning or any breakfast

Sorry for not typing everything out yet. I’ve ended up in A&E but I think I will be ok. I’ll type it all out as soon as I can, sorry for taking a while

You don’t owe anyone here an apology, and you don’t owe us any information you don’t want to give. Just take care of yourself and be easy on yourself. Take any help you are offered in real life. I’m sorry you’re in A&E, that’s never fun, but sometimes it’s necessary and you’ll be looked after. Flowers

@Orangeandredclouds I hope you have had a better evening and I hope things went ok at A&E and they have given you the help you need. 💐

DebbieLouiseDairyleaCheese · 22/08/2023 19:00

Thinking of you 💐
