For me it’s BBC’s 1995 Pride and Prejudice. Absolute perfection, I wouldn’t change a thing!

Schitt's Creek. Absolutely loved it.

Life on Mars.

Heavily let down by Ashes to Ashes though.

This Life… probably horribly aged now but at the time, so good.

A Danish series on channel 4 (still available on their catch up!) Truly the most perfect programme I've ever seen, incredibly well written, produced, acted.

A Place to Call Home
Australian period drama set in the 1950s. Everything about this series is done to perfection. I've watched and rewatched and have a yearning to live inside it.

This and 15 Storeys High

Happy Valley and Blue Lights - both superbly written and acted.

The Night Of is a masterpiece. I agree @Bamboozles
