Car advice which have auto lights etc

Hi I’m looking to buy a new used car
im looking for a automatic transmission just wondering which cars have auto lights , wipers etc that aren’t Ford .
I’ve heard terrible things about Ford engines so want to avoid

please tell me what car has the above must be a hatchback 5 door and looking for used so under 10k in price thank you

the car never bloody switches it on if it’s bright ish but kissing it down and loads of road spray)

Some automatically turn the lights on whenever the wipers are on, regardless of how bright it is. We have one that does.
