To Smoke Weed And Work For The NHS?

If you knew someone who worked in Administration for the NHS and found out they smoked week (at weekends) would you find this wrong?

YABU - This is wrong. They shouldn’t be smoking weed whilst they are employed by the NHS.

YANBU - This is perfectly okay.

Why haven't you reported them?

Because they don't exist of course ... except as a plot device in her head 😄

I would mind my own business unless they come in stinking of weed and clearly off their faces.

It's not a good look, I'd try to keep it secret. If I knew someone doing it I wouldn't get them in trouble though

Obviously no one should be impaired or intoxicated at work or whilst driving etc, that goes without saying in my book.
I only ever use the medicine at home in the evenings, I use the edible version so there's no pungent smell upsetting my neighbours, no smoking or vaping compromising my lung function. Just a feeling of relaxation, euphoria, some extra creativity in my thinking and writing and then a much better night's sleep😇
