What went on here and who thought it was ok to not repaint?

Maybe it's a repossession or they just cba to repaint or attempt to hide it's more scary features. The colours do clash a lot. It has big rooms though

Well, as a Londoner, I’d take almost any flat for that price! Seriously though, it would be nice being by the sea and the decor could be quite easily changed.
