Lovely to have the sun finally but I already feel too warm after just a few days of sunshine! Anyone else the same?!

No it’s only 19 here and still chilly with the breeze. Not abandoned jumpers yet.

Peridot1 · 27/05/2023 13:24

No! I’m still cold. I’m warm in full sunshine but cold as soon as I go into shade. I think the breeze is still quite cool.

mycatsanutter · 27/05/2023 13:25

Nope, I love it !

C1239 · 27/05/2023 13:25

In the south west it seems really warm to me!

No. Have a cold shower and leave the rest of us to enjoy it.

WhisperingAutistic · 27/05/2023 13:25

I am OP. Doesn't seem to be much of a breeze where I live.

georgarina · 27/05/2023 13:25

Yes! I've reached the point of sweating and feeling gross on the school run

SpanielsEverywhere · 27/05/2023 13:26

Very much not. I’m wearing sandals but still in a lightweight jumper. This weather is lovely and has given me lots of energy.

TripleDaisySummer · 27/05/2023 13:30

It's only 22 here but south facing bedroom is feeling very warm and walking - couple of miles - in routes with little shade at midday and afternoon when hottest do already feel sticky.

Hbh17 · 27/05/2023 13:30

It's warm but not hot. It's gorgeous and I am praying for it to continue for the next 3 months, so we can have a beautiful English summer.

NewNovember · 27/05/2023 13:31

No it's only 23 would have to be way past 30 to be too hot.

mrsbyers · 27/05/2023 13:33

Yes , I’ve got face sweat - yuck ! 21 here in Northumberland and that’s about enough for me

lovemelongtime · 27/05/2023 13:34

Can't stand posts like this. We live in a cold country where most people save up all year to go and get two weeks of sun.
We get one day of warmth and people start moaning.
Sorry but get over it. Think of the electric costs you're saving if nothing else.

UndercoverCop · 27/05/2023 13:36

It's not even warm, we lit a fire last night. 14 degrees currently and windy

Doggymummar · 27/05/2023 13:39

I still had a hot water bottle ast night. But it is 32 in the conservatory and I'm tanning nicely through the roof.

ShirleyPhallus · 27/05/2023 13:39

It’s really absolutely perfect weather for me, lovely to spend all day outside and really nice and warm but not sweaty yet

Harebrain · 27/05/2023 13:40

I’m loving it….sorry!

GertrudePerkinsPaperyThing · 27/05/2023 13:40

Stop it - they’ll hear you and take it away!

ArseInTheCoOpWindow · 27/05/2023 13:41

No, it’s lovely here. Shirts and t shirt weather. Slight breeze. About 22 degrees.

l struggle above 25 degrees.

In the south west it seems really warm to me!

I'm in Somerset and it's pleasant enough but hardly "really warm" IMO

Peacepudding · 27/05/2023 13:43

21 in the south west here and it's lovely. Pleasant but not hot

Chlobo89 · 27/05/2023 13:44

Yes but I hate any kind of warm or hot weather it makes me feel ill and get headaches, i’m just on a countdown to winter now.

Babdoc · 27/05/2023 13:44

Come to Scotland, OP! It’s barely 17C here, cloudy, with a chilly wind rattling the letterbox. And I’m wearing a fleece, feeling extra cold after just returning from a Rome city break and Mediterranean cruise.

CeeJay81 · 27/05/2023 13:45

It's alright at the mo but from Thursday to Saturday they are predicting 25 degrees here, thats too hot for me. Can cope with it on holiday abroad with a pool and air con etc but not here in the UK.
