36G here so similar. And I expect they will balloon further after I give birth. That’s my pre-pregnancy size: I am 8 months pregnant and no idea what size I am now my bras dig in painfully, but my experience last time was that they got MUCH big when I was breast feeding. Very embarrassing.
I’ve taken a long time to work out how to dress for my boobs. Button up shirts are generally out, sadly - but I do wear button up shirt dresses in a size up and cinched at the waist, and occasionally button up shirts in a size up with pencil skirts and a nice belt to pull them in. I tend to go for silky buttonless shirts instead as I don’t worry about the buttons pulling on the front.
Dresses with a defined waist are your friend. I agree with PP that big boobs make you look heavier. I find fit and flare type dresses are good for this - especially ones that have a higher neckline. Feels less revealing and embarrassing and people don’t stare as much, but I still feel feminine. Sweetheart necklines will enhance; round or v neck will look more professional / low key.
It can take ages to find a bra make that works for you and makes your boobs look reasonable under your clothes. Yes they’re blood expensive, I hate paying £50 for an everyday bra. For me, I love Gossard - the superboost lace plunge in padded bras are my daily go to. Panache made me look weird and wide, I found Freya dug in, but others love those names. If you want to avoid stares, avoid balcony and balconette styles, as they’ll make you look like you’re going to take someone’s eye out. So I save those for special occasions and go for a plunge or deep plunge with no padding.
Im sorry OP. It does suck. As does the back ache, the sagging, the wrinkling… solidarity!
