To ask your most scary horror film?

Just as the subject says, I’ve watched nearly all of them on Netflix. Really could do with some more suggestions. Thank you 😊

The American version of Ring, the first time I saw it. Don't know why exactly, but it hit a nerve. I even dreamt about the girl from Ring standing at the bottom of the bed, when I was staying in a hotel.

Also a fan of horror, the films that really scared me are
Blair witch project
Paranormal activity, after watching it, I was too scared to go to sleep on and off for a few weeks

First American remake I've actually enjoyed! Great film. And very frightening. The original is equally good but has a whole different vibe. And the book is definitely worth a read 👍

Event Horizon. I still see Sam Neill with no eyes every time I look at him.

What the hell have I just watched? Decided to watch "men" as recommended by a couple of pp's as its one of the few I hadn't seen. First half slow and boring, second half just gross nonsense! And an ending that didn't say anything. That's 1hr 40 minutes I'll never get back!

Following, The Exorcist petrified me despite the crappy effects. Looking forward to the new one, Popes exorcist or something

For a long time “Berberian sound studio” topped my list of worst “horror” I’d ever seen. Men, may have knocked it off it’s spot! That’s how much I hated it 😂

The Shining terrified me when I first saw it.

Oh god I remember this film. It's so so grim. Equally horrific but mundane and very British. Honestly I don't know how that one isn't banned.

Honeydew is a very strange one & the ending is terrifying

I watched Eden Lake, finished it before. Someone on here said it’s almost realistic like possible it could happen in real life(not exact phrase) & I agree. That was really grim but enjoyed it too. On to the next 😂

Yes ! It was Host ! Excellent and scary !

Smile is also decent.

Sinister, I had a sort anxiety through the entire thing that never really let up. It’s meant to be one of scariest movies based on some heart rate study they did a few years ago. Creepy music in it as well.
