These are a few things about me that's probably at odds with the predominant Mumsnet demographic :

1. My DP went to one of the worst schools in London, his accent is very 'Blimey, Gav'nah' he left school at the minimum school leaving age with very low academic qualifications

1. We don't have broadband as a family

1. We never use Amazon as a family

I get the first two but the rest surely make you MORE MNetty, not less!

I don’t like salad.

Best add that to my list. I’m only 31 and I’m don’t having children. I’ve got three with the youngest being 7 👀

I think folk that come on here moaning they can't live on 90k or feel poor on 70k need a good kick up the arse

Social housing tenant.
I'm flat arse broke.
I have £40 in savings
I don't wash my bedding often enough
My kids don't do any extra curriculars
I hate crafts, glitter and play Doh

I’m a landlord. We’re hated on here.

Also I’m vegan and have never ever cooked a chicken never mind made one feed a family for a week.

Bedding is changed fortnightly.

My kids have lots of screen time

I own a second home in Cornwall that we only use a few months of the year. 😱

No time is too much imo where DCats are concerned

I claim benefits and I vape... naughty naughty

I (believe I) am quite stylish and "put together" but that can't be possible of course because I AM NOT SLIM.

I have a lovely DH.

His hobby is football - goes home and away - I love the alone time.

But I'm an extrovert and love company.

I love my job and my colleagues are my friends. Ditto neighbours.

I am happy and confident.

I've been offered four jobs in my 50s.

I love unexpected guests and phone calls.

Towels get washed after several uses. Bedding when necessary.

I have never worn pj's during the day.

I love my in-laws.

I don't have children!

I’ve never uploaded a diagram of my property boundary or access points
I know when to go to A and E rather than ask the internet

I don’t look like a teenager in my 40s or get asked for ID buying a lottery ticket.

My middle is 11 she’s hit that stroppy moody teen girl stage. Her eyes rolls more than my banking app when I log in 😂

My kids are allowed to play Fortnite and GTA.

I spend at least £1000 per child at Christmas.

I love grey interiors. Grey is my favourite colour.

There is no amount of money in this world that would make me wear anything from Boden.

Serve me my steak and chips on a piece of slate, I care not a jot!

We have a dining table but 5/7 nights are spent eating dinner in front of the TV.
I’m pretty much pro-life which is the most heinous crime on Mumsnet

I don't vote Tory
I don't co-sleep
I don't use a sling/baby carrier
I formula fed from birth
I went back to work full time by choice at 12 weeks
Baby goes to nursery full time
Baby has a routine and was sleep trained
Husband doesn't just ''help'', he actually parents and does his fair share

Pretty sure voting Tory would make you unMumsnetty.

@Jourdain11 seems to be in my experience. I've had many posters express surprise that I had both of my kids before 30.

If there’s a very long thread that I can’t be arsed to read, I always read all the OP8s posts to avoid jumping in on page 37 with “LTB!” when her divorce came through last week.

In fact I'm still under 30 which also seems to be rare on MN 😂

I think separate finances in a couple are fine for some couples, esp. if one person is self-employed or has a non-standard job, as long as all burdens are split fairly.

I put my child in her cot in her own room from about 9 months. I can count on one hand how many times we co-slept. Oh she had a dummy until 2 and was bottle fed from day 2.
