How many miles does your car have?

And how long do you think it'll last?

How many is too many! I've never had a car with particularly high mileage but I often see cars being sold with 150k plus miles ( obviously these are cheap cars ) but do they really have any life left in them?

Our 12 year old Passat is on 215,000.

My car is 2 years old with 3k on the clock. Main family car is also 2 years old with 13k on the clock. Will run both cars until they pretty much pack up!

We have a 2008 and a 2015, both on 32k owned since new and we can’t really envisage selling either as they’re both immaculate, full service history, not even any dents or scratches. We work close to home now so very little regular use as we usually walk to work.

Previously had one with nearly 200k before the engine blew whenI worked 100 miles from home. I’d had that since new and looked after it, regular services, carefully driven, etc., but once it hit 150k it was one thing after another that needed replacing, it was good money after bad really after 150k - wish I’d got rid around that.

2010 diesel Megane 235,000 ! Had from new .hopefully it will last another few months as no sign of the new car I ordered in jan 🤞

Vauxhall Meriva

I bought it with 48000 miles on the clock. I’ve owned it for 4 years and it now has 72k on the clock. I expect it to last a good few years yet.
