To think Gwyneth Paltrow doesn’t have a ‘wellness routine’

She has an eating disorder?

she’s given an interview saying her ‘wellness’ typical day consists of an early Palo dinner of vegetables then a fast til noon the next day ( with coffee only in the morning) when she has bone broth. Repeat.
she then takes IV drips for the nutrients that she’s essentially NOT getting from food, as she’s barely eating.

HOW is this wellness - it’s a starvation routine. How is this in a wellness podcast?

No surprise, she was diagnosed with brittle bone disease - a precursor to osteoporosis - when she was 37:

Making me hungry just reading that!

It's certainly very dedicated but definitely not for me. Imagine never eating a chip again. Or crisps? What is the point of life I would ask?

i can answer that- without crisps there is no point!

The price of bone broth! They’re boiling the bits you throw away and charging £10-20 a litre! 🫢

So now Paltrow, after the backlash, has come out with a video where she' saying that this routine is personal to her, recommended by her doctor ( apparently that quack in the podcast interview) because she's go long Covid.
In that case keep it PERSONAL - don't make a podcast about your 'wellness' as if ingesting a tiny amount of calories each day is normal for a human.

If this is what you have to endure to stave off the effects of long Covid, then say so. Though I do think that's BS as she goes on about how she was an 'early adopter' of IVs and loves an IV, as does the guy interviewing her.
Mad.

I was on an American diet chat on Facebook at one point; they are obsessed with bone broth. I always assumed it was like beef consommé?
