They may have been consenting, but no-one passing by had consented to risking seeing them. Not the CCTV operators and the likes.

Consent isn’t just about the people involved. It’s also about what they risk inflicting on other people.

It wasn’t filmed that late at night - lots has been made about his 14yo, but other people’s teenagers could have been passing by. They’re lucky they didn’t end up with legal trouble as well as marital trouble.

Surely it's wrong to watch anything like this when we've grounds to think either of the couple didn't consent to filming / online distribution.

I don't want to watch porn at all, but watching porn filmed without consent is an act of sexual voyeurism in itself.

We shouldn't be normalising this sort of abuse (even of people we disapprove of) by clicking on it. Never mind the implications if we learn one of them had a drink spiked / manic episode / whatever. Who needs to watch this kind of thing?

They did it in public. You can put public things in public places.

I don't know if there's a difference here because of the hardcore sexual element, but if you don't consent to being seen, don't do it in public!

The video looks like it’s a man filming his walk home, which although not something I do is not uncommon in certain younger groups.

the couple were totally out of order engaging in public indecency. There wasn’t a stitch up that they were made to perform sex acts and be filmed by stealth in a hotel room or some such.

It was an alley down the side of Greggs. He is bending, with his trousers and pants round his ankles and everything on show, behind a woman who is standing bent over with her pants down and her hands on the ground, her dress up over her back and her bare arse in the air. His face is in her backside licking her and at the same time he's shoving his fingers in and out of her vagina. It is crystal clear.

A bloke walks up the alley with his phone videoing saying Westermann is down there. He lets the camera run on and then says 'Can I have a go?' Westerman looks up and stands up exposing himself and sort of steps back looking drunk and starts to pull his pants up as if he's giving the bloke 'a go'.

I so regret clicking on it on Twitter- I thought it would be something blurry and unclear and not anything like what I saw. It's disgusting- literally an alley, he's like a dog on heat. She is just as disgusting- apparently the wife of one of his best friends. I'm still shocked by it- I think I must live a very sheltered life.

He's only sorry because he got caught. I bet he'd just have gone home and kissed and touched his wife with that mouth and that hand, or his kids. It's totally sickening and utterly humiliating for his wife, children, parents, in-laws. Cheating is bad enough but this is so vulgar and squalid and grubby.
