It has to be penis-haver. It’s the easiest to spell.

Someone on a thread yesterday suggested "people with retained male genitalia".

"Penis person" has good alliteration, although "prostate person" would be interesting as many people don't know what a prostate is and you could watch people tying themselves in knots trying to explain the type of person who has a prostate without referring to biological sex.

Devon Maternity Voices started using the phrase 'Women and Birthing People' ....in the last 6mths, this has been replaced with 'Service Users'.
