I have found the opposite to be the case actually. Irl men are often very sensitive about what they are called, their reaction is more aggressive than hysterical though to be fair.

I call the majority of men that have helped to create babies sperm donors. Don’t know any penis people that aren’t entirely useless at being a parent.

Penis owner for man is pretty apt though since includes the men who dress in woman's clothes and pretend to be women whilst having a penis which clearly shows they are men. The recent rapist showed a clear example of what was in his trousers - I WILL NOT refer to that rapist scum as her since he is not and never will be a woman.

I used this once when someone used the phrase ‘people who can get pregnant’. I nailed my colours to the mast and knocked that stupidity on the head. She started referring to ‘women’ after that.

I refer to the men who help create the babies but take nothing to do with them as this. Including my eldests. When someone would start asking about his “dad” I immediately cut them off and say he was the sperm donor

Someone on a thread yesterday suggested "people with retained male genitalia".

"Penis person" has good alliteration, although "prostate person" would be interesting as many people don't know what a prostate is and you could watch people tying themselves in knots trying to explain the type of person who has a prostate without referring to biological sex.
