To be Disappointed with Crisps

I love crisps esp Tyrrells lightly sea salted. ( when they are great)
My issue is the quality and standard that changes between bags.
Maybe I'm crazy but I notice the difference between some batches? Compared to others.
I like them of course when you just can't stop eating them.
The texture needs to be lighter maybe and a thinner crisp overall.
AIBU to want sea salted crisps to be pretty much the same everytime I spend a decent amount of money on them.
Ps I generally only like ready salted crisps and occasionally cheese and onion.
Dislike all the other random ones and brands other.
I have had similar issues with Pringles varying in standard quality/ taste. over the years.

I didn't like Pipers sea salt. Thought they seems hard and over done. 🤔
Anyone like the ready salted salted sticks?
And yes occasionally in a random deli shop you get different organic sea salt crisps.

Pipers are our favourite, especially the cheese and onion ones. They are bright orange; and almost taste a bit fake - yummy!
