It must have been intense stress as well as financial reward having been put under the spotlight as a teenager, stalkers, criticism etc. I think she's brilliant, basically!

A lot of people think tennis success is only demonstrated in the number of grand slam wins.

The thing that I though people would respond to is the schadenfreude.

I felt sorry.for her last year after her meteoric rise to.fame she'd had a bad year due to injury ,nevertheless you can't take the fact she ,s .won a grand slam away from her

I don’t dislike her, but she seems as though she will be unable to repeat her US open victory again any time soon. She’s forever injured or getting knocked out in the first or 2nd round of competitions. Is she going to live on that 1 success her whole career?
