I wasn’t a fan before but if I turned on the tv and saw Clarkson on Millionaire or a panel show or whatever I would now switch channel. I’m done.

His column may make his fan base love him even more, maybe he’ll be given a bigger platform, more newspaper inches but he is starting to taint the programmes he’s involved with and when it comes to £££ the producers of those shows will care.
