Sitting with my dying dad - this is so unfair

Just that - it’s so cruel. My mum and I just have to sit here and wait for everything to fail. He was given 24-48 hours yesterday. It’s torture.

Big hugs been there in hospital with end of life care with my dad buried 6 years ago today lost mum for years later still feel cheated to this day that they are not here take care and look after yourself xx

@thegreenlight I’m so sorry your wonderful Dad passed, and that it “ Wasn’t easy” for him.
Your poor Mum , and you.
It is such a hard thing to go through.
Recently, I was in a department store, and a lovely Mum and Daughter stopped to ask about my dog who was with me.
They said it was their first outing since their lovely Husband and Father had died-
That sense of unreality is so strange.
Christmas won’t be easy for you, or any of the recently bereaved.
I just hope there is some form of afterlife where we will be reunited.

I'm so sorry for your loss. If his passing wasn't easy I think you were fortunate you weren't there.
17 years ago I watched my dad die, it was horrendous. I cant tell you what happened either side of his death, but I can describe in graphic detail exactly what he went through, even now. I wouldn't wish the after effects of this on my worst enemy.
