The Promise by Girls Aloud is the most perfect pop song in the world. Change my mind

I love really good pop songs, by that I am not talking about lyrics, singing ability, deep relevance in terms of zeitgeist, I mean you hear it, you sing it, you want to hear it again. It makes you happy when it comes on.
Other Contenders for me are;
Love Sex Magic- Ciara
Sweet Dreams my LA ex- Rachel Stevens
Candy- Robbie Williams

I mean they're not up there with the White Album and Rumours but they're perfect examples of the genre.

It's a good shout, although run close in the Girls Aloud stakes by Can't Speak French (partly because it's really weird that they ripped off the Style Council in the noughties)

Girls aloud were bananarama for the noughties. They were just OK.

I reckon Roxette "it must have been love" is up there.

Lately I have been singing "Monsters and Angels" by voice of the beehive. Thats a pretty perfect pop song. Chorus you can park a bus on.

So many good songs. 'Baby one more time' is up there I'll agree.
