I don't care what MH sticks his nob in to be honest - I care more that he sticks his grubby little paws into taxpayers coffers without consequence.

The fact that he's got 2 women to shag him continues to amaze me - he looks like he pisses the bed 🙄

why would people want a man like that in a leadership position. He has publicly shown he will suit his own needs and wants before anything else (kids, wife, constituents)

I always said at least they had the integrity to leave their OHs. How many politicians have a ‘lapse in judgement’, shag an aide and move on while their wife smiles tensely next to him for the rest of their days. Far better that they all just accept it’s a colossal fuck up and try to move on

I doubt he would have left his wife if he hadn't been caught on camera.

It's not integrity to leave a marriage when you get caught cheating - real integrity is to leave before starting a new relationship. Or at the very least, leave when you start cheating so your spouse isn't having a mockery made of their life.

Personally I thought all the PDA was very distasteful given the circumstances of how their relationship started - it was selfish, given that they've each left behind betrayed spouses and children. Not surprising though - selfish people do selfish things!

Yep, all for show! I wouldn't mind betting he was the one who actually leaked the original footage - hasn't done him any harm, it paved the way for him to leave his wife - got him out of the covid shit show and led him to a hefty pay check on IAC.

It made me like him more actually. He was quite obviously in love with her I found it sweet. He should have ended his marriage before moving on but it's done now. We can't help who we fall in love with. My sons dad cheated on me and left me for her this was 11 years ago and they are still together. Obviously devastating for me at the time but we weren't meant to be and didn't have the best relationship.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was true. They might have had a mid-life crisis fling and it all fizzle out with no-one the wiser.
I predict it will all fall apart in a couple of years when they realise the damage they've done to their families and that they've each got a self-serving cheat for a partner.

Sadly, by then it will be too late to go back and there will two families irretrievably broken up and children traumatised unfairly.😢

He's disgusting. Can't say I know anything about Gina but she's obviously a bit of cow. There's no nice way to address it. I judge him more than her though. They probably deserve each other.

I found it really distasteful. Describing themselves as partners or whatever when they've both got a wife and a husband. I can totally imagine how their betrayed spouses feel as it happened to me. It's so disrespectful to be rubbing their faces in it. I also found it really disgusting when he said the only thing worth coming out of the camp was seeing her. What about his children?

It's vomit inducing. They are horrible people and I hate him more now than I did when he went in. Total embarrassment and no self awareness whatsoever.

I think we’re coming at it from the same background. ExH left for the OW when our youngest (DD3) was 14wks old. Eldest was old enough to know what was happening though and was very distressed by it.

People are projecting. The issue is that when someone is cheated on, their friends and family tell them it won’t last, that he/she will regret it, that they will come back… when the two having an affair make a go of it, people don’t know how to move on.

It's not always people projecting - it's not wrong to want done integrity from the people whose job it is to represent and protect us. I think this is natural anger at him flaunting and profiteering from his notoriety.
I'm pissed off that he gave his girlfriend's brother a lucrative PPE contract, the whole care home situation and that while other people endured months of isolation (and some serious fines for breaking covid rules) he didn't bother following them himself. Doing well on a game show, doesn't undo all that.
Now I don't hold MH solely responsible for everything that happened but watching him fawn all over his gf on tv, having been paid a shit load of money off the back of all that, is a bit vomit inducing!

ImAvingOops I absolutely agree with all your points. I find it odd that this is not what seems to cause the most rage on the numerous MH posts. Kissing his partner on a bridge seems to be seen as a worse crime.

I think people focus on the pda aspect because they can picture the real life wife of MH and husband of GC and all the children, at home seeing it - I think people are empathising with the people having salt being rubbed into the wound. It's a bit 'in your face' - gives people the ick!

I haven't noticed any news reports about her dating - and good on her if she is - but that doesn't mean you recover easily from being cast permanently in the public's mind as "the spurned wife". Their DC are still likely to be hurting too as it was such a rapid change in circumstances from everything they had previously known.

Interesting how some pps here are so anxious to downplay the implosion of a family caused by infidelity. One might almost conclude that it's somehow convenient for them to do so.

Seriously OP, I don't condone his adultery but he and his wife separated some time ago, life goes on and this sort of thing happens. Gina is now his partner.

I feel for his children though because having your dad leave your mum for another woman is crap and it must be doubly crap in such a public and tawdry way.
