To finally want Scotland to now LEAVE the UK

Am looking at this new gender bill being debated in Scotland in shock and horror. I just think it is a barbaric attack on women's safety and rights plus kids safeguarding. What on earth is happening Scotland?

Men being allowed to identify as women with no medical assessment and after only 3 months of ‘living as a woman’ - whatever that means. Wearing high heels and lipstick? Certainly they will still have their tackle intact.

Then being able to enter our changing rooms and bathrooms, take our company board places and sports prizes, skew the gender pay gap data and crime data, give intimate care to our vulnerable disabled daughters and elderly mothers. No surprise which type of men will be attracted using this new law to identify as women. Let me spell it out - the violent depraved ones who want to access women and girls.

And voted through yesterday - allowing convicted male rapists to identify as women and enter womens prisons.

And on top of all this - lowering the age of transition from 18 to 16… where is this age lowering coming from I wonder….surely not something more sinister…

To top of off Scotland has deliberately ignored the Cass Report and NHS England on safeguarding teenagers and so is carrying on giving vulnerable teenagers irreversible puberty blockers and breast binders behind parents backs.

And the icing on the cake - when a woman dares to speak out and wear a scarf with the colours of the suffragettes - she gets thrown out of parliament. I feel Scotland has gone back 100 years.

I am scared now this Scottish loophole in law will enter the UK as a whole.

@lifeturnsonadime its very Racist and totally not the same thing

AmaryllisNightAndDay · 18/11/2022 09:43

Listening to the news today about the budget, a Beeb commentator was saying there is little difference between the UK government's current economic policy and Labour's proposals. So when it comes to a UK election the parties will have to differentiate on other grounds. The commentator was talking about an emphasis on minor economic differences, but they could also try to divide along social policy grounds. Splitting along left-right party lines is not good news for anyone worried about gender issues in the UK.

Scotland have many laws that differ from ours . Why would this be any differant

whattodo1975 · 18/11/2022 10:02

Is it not all a bluff though from the SNP ? They dont really want true independence they want more power to make own decisions in scotland (fair enough) but still want the safety net of being able to fall back on the UK government.

healthadvice123 · 18/11/2022 10:02

@Dotjones ever heard of people being convicted wrongly ? Or maybe in for a minor offence , i agree prison should be a punishment, I don't think being attacked is ok though just because they are a bad person in your eyes
I mean lets go the whole hog throw them all in together unsupervised , survival of the fittest
Lets put it another way then your in hospital after a medical procedure in what you think is a womens only ward , then you fine out biological men on the ward and your a rape victim, how is that ok ???

Hellsmovie · 18/11/2022 10:14

What is exactly there are stopped from doing? What power dont they have?

Apart from the power to hold another referendum

This is state-sanctioned rape. At least you are being honest about how much you hate women.

Have a read of the crime stats for female prisoners in the UK. Do you genuinely believe that women who have not paid their TV licence should be punished by rape every night of their sentence?

Also read about the Post Office software scandal; one of the biggest miscarriages of justice in UK legal history. These were ordinary innocent people in ordinary, respectable jobs who ended up with criminal convictions due to a computer fuck-up.

lifeturnsonadime · 18/11/2022 10:37

Personally I don't have much of a problem with the idea of a rapist being in a women's prison or even sharing a cell with a woman. Prison should be a punishment, part of this punishment is the fear of the treatment you might experience there and the things that might happen to you. I can't get too worked up about bad things happening to bad people.

Absolutely shocking.

As Beowulfa says you are saying you are pro- state sanctioned rape.

But what you are doing here is giving the male set of bad people access to what they want.

You really do demonstrate your hatred of women if this is what you think.

ErrolTheDragon · 18/11/2022 10:38

Wow. But presumably that means you also don't have any issues with the rapist being in a men's prison either?

I find the view extraordinary that on top of their sentences, women in prison deserve everything they get including fear of being or actually being raped. That is quite extraordinary.

But ok if you don’t really care about female prisoners, how about elite sportswomen who are forced to change, compete and give up their scholarships and prizes to men who have gone through male puberty and are scientifically proven to be at a distinct advantage to women?

Any sympathy for those women @dotjones ?

OP posts:
BrokeAsABone · 18/11/2022 11:15

@Dotjones you are a disgusting human being. Most women in prison have suffered head trauma at the filthy hands of men. As a result, many suffer PTSD and cannot be around men yet here you are, gleeful that these poor women, a significant number of whom are in prison for non payment of the TV licence, are at risk of rape.

I am starting to hate everyone pushing or supporting the evil shite that is gender ideology, and I loathe that I feel that way, but I do. Not one of you has even the smallest shred of decency. You're terrorising women and taking pleasure in it. Fuck. You. All.

BuffyTheBuffetSlayer · 18/11/2022 11:26

It's not just gender. You should see what they want to teach DC in school under the guise of 'sex education'!

8yo's being told about masterbation and wet dreams, and that it's normal and going on to explain what happens next - that boys will ejaculate and girls will become 'wet and slippery' this is the fucking language being used, I checked!!!

They say its to teach children proper language, how the fuck is 'wet and slippery' proper language over 'discharge' and 'secretions'. Proper terms are used for boys 'ejaculates' so why sexualised descriptive language for girls???

I haven't checked myself but I have also heard children are to be taught about anal sex, rimming as well as pornography being good and normal!

maddy68 · 18/11/2022 11:54

healthadvice123 · 17/11/2022 16:50

@maddy68 so your happy for a convicted male rapist who raped a women to then identify as a female and be put in a female prison ? Maybe sharing a room with another female even?

A sex offender would be in a sex offending wing not with a woman that hasn't paid her TV licence.

So much misinformation and hysteria here

nothing2wear · 18/11/2022 12:00

Which women's prisons have a sex offenders wing?

ErrolTheDragon · 18/11/2022 12:04

Are there 'sex offending wings' in U.K. prisons? I thought it was VP (vulnerable persons) and the reasons for being in the VP unit aren't necessarily related to their crime?

PurpleButterflyWings · 18/11/2022 12:04

100% agree @Ndd135632 Another referendum is needed.

VinoDino · 18/11/2022 12:14

None. Not in Scotland anyway.

No they wouldn't women's prisons don't have them and Scotland has voted AGAINST trans wings.

You are the one who is spouting misinformation in your attempt to protect SEX OFFENDERS and RAPISTS.

www.heraldscotland.com/news/16861416.scottish-prison-service-rejects-call-transgender-wings-jails/

A risk assessment is not enough. Karen White was able to sexually assault women in prison despite a risk assessment.

Your views put the wishes of SEX offenders and Rapists above the safety of women.

PurpleButterflyWings · 18/11/2022 12:23

Have to agree with the people saying @Dotjones post is abhorrent. I am actually shocked someone posted that! Shock Even if people generally deserve to be in prison coz they broke the law, MOST of them are not evil monsters.

Many of them took the wrong path in life, had shit upbringings, made wrong choices, etc etc etc. The vast majority of people in prison have broken the law, but MOST of them are not awful people. Your post - at 9.56am -makes me feel sick to my stomach. Sad

What the actual fuck have I just read?

Op I think we need to support women in Scotland. My hope is the Cass review will be so compelling when it’s published that NS will have to row back on the law or face huge lawsuits.

2bazookas · 18/11/2022 12:56

OP you have totally misunderstood what's going on in Scotland.

The SNP is a secret fifth column organisation.

Its topsecret policy is to shoot the trans movement in the foot until they haven't a leg left to stand on.
Then it's going to sink all the Calmac Ferries , to eliminate tourism.

Is the plan to fund their economy from the sales of purple, white and green tartan scarves? They've made a nice start on that.
