At the World Cup. “The whole country is behind you”. Is it too much to ask that as Prince of Wales he supports Wales at their first ever World Cup?

He must be aware that a significant proportion of the people of Wales are a bit miffed at the speed with which he was given the title. Just goes to show the bubble he’s in.

If Australia doesn't get its act together and become a republic, William will be King of Australia. So a kind word to our team would not go astray.

He shouldn't hold this title, nobody should. The faux interest in the 3 other UK nations is tiresome and says all we need to know about him. I find the RF fascinating as a concept but fuck that level of unearned privilege and hereditary enormous wealth and position.

Does he have to be 'given' the title ? I thought it was automatic that the heir assumes the title when the previous holder becomes monarch. All the ceremonial stuff comes later.

As a side comment I think he's looked quite unwell for a few years.
