Have you noticed sometimes when you wipe that it's... slimy 🙈 And on the tissue there is clearish mucus. Think I read the body produces it to help poo come out. So clever 😆
I also get white mucus bits in my pee sometimes, think its ketones.

Excessive bum mucus can be a symptom of a food intolerance too.
