He's on the wall of my child's school as author of the month. I just do not see the appeal - as I see it he got into writing easily, already being a celebrity, and found success as he used the same illustrator as Roald Dahl - Quentin Blake.

Basically, saying really offensive things about some BGT contestants, on mic. Of course they were going to be leaked.

How does someone become officially cancelled?

The point I was making is that there is not evidence that he is a paedophile, and that is not the same as excusing other behaviour to those over the age of consent.

Is he sleazy - looks very much like it. But the entertainment industry is full of men looking for bright young things to have sex with.

Hardly anybody ever really gets cancelled. I can only think of two - Gary Glitter and the Lost Prophets bloke.

The people who get ‘cancelled’ are always given big media platforms to complain about being cancelled. Even Mel Gibson is back doing big movies.

David Walliams is repulsive. I have never read of his books so I cannot comment but I shy away from ‘celeb’ authors anyway, as I think there are thousands of talented people who deserve a break, rather than pouring even more money into the pockets of celebs.

I have however read the comments he made about the BGT contestants and I really do wish he would be cancelled because he is so annoying. Really David, if you are reading this - no woman wants to have sex with you. That’s why you have to bribe teenage girls, you dirty old man.

Also, little Britain was SHIT. It was shit then, and it certainly doesn’t stand up today. Get in the fucking bin.

It's only a matter of time before an under 18 comes out with evidence against him.

I was very disappointed that Alton Towers have one of his books as the theming on a ride.

There is no evidence he's a paedophile and I don't think anyone has alleged that have they? I think he's been very careful to ensure that the girls he grooms are over 15. They're not bright young things, they're children.

So he does a lot of his grooming on social media. Look at his Instagram page. See how many people he follows. Celebs don’t generally follow that many people. He does it because he grooms teenagers by sending them messages.

Something I am amazed by is how these people can watch others be locked up for this kind of behaviour... and yet carry on with it.
How can the publisher be happy with the status quo? Who on earth is his editor? Literary agent?

The fact that he pays his lawyers so much on a regular basis is extremely suspicious.

From the moment I met him I thought he was a vile, arrogant prick. I have worked with many famous people and have never come across anyone who is so pleased with themselves as he is. He is incapable of being genuine I think.
