We’ve had 1 but a friend in another area has had loads. Hope we haven’t bought way too many sweets

29 knocks so far! Very busy and now down to minimal sweets…very heavy rain too, but it hasn’t put anyone off

We had four 10/11 yo girls on Saturday night and I felt awful because I thought, Halloween Monday, must get some sweeties with the shop on Sunday - DH kindly donated 2 crunchie bars for them to share 😄.

We've had a group of 3 boys and a Mum so far this evening, Freddie Krueger, a clown and a devil.

We had one then went out ourselves for an hour and left a bowl outside and it’s still full when we got back, I’m the only one in the street who decorates so we usually get missed out

Made up 50 bags and have 8 left. Love to see them all, had a teeny tiny police man who said he wouldn’t rest me if I gave him sweeties.

We've had 2 groups, but one group didn't say thank you, which irritated me. They didn't actually say anything, just held out their bag 🙄

I will say though they have all been really sweet. Even the older kids/ teenagers have been really cute with my toddler who is relishing handing out the sweets.

We had quite a lot of kids loads more than last year. The tub of heroes and the celebration tin are all done so we are out of sweets now.

None at all! Mine are out with their dad and friends. I'm sat in a decorated house ready and waiting with a big bowl of sweets... i expected fewer than previous years as it's a rainy Monday but I thought there'd be a few!

Loads had to go back to shop twice for more sweets.

The costumes have been awesome. We had a napoleon and a girl with a tv on her head.

No and I'd be bloody amazed if we get any. We are two miles outside of the nearest village along a dark, unlit, no pavement, NSL B road which lorries frequently travel.

It's been great round here. The streets are alive it's fantastic.

I foolishly only got two bags of sweets and they are gone. We do have some chocolate bars though. I've heard quite a few that haven't come to our door even though we have pumpkins out.

Had about 50 kids so far. In about 12 different groups. Since 5pm. Some great outfits and some incredibly cute and well behaved children. I love Halloween. Went to a lovely party closeby on Saturday, and have been really enjoying handing out sweets to excited children aged around 3 to 17 years old since 5pm. Been raining for about 10-15 minutes now though, so I reckon they will be driven home soon. Going to blow out the pumpkin candles now!

Loads here & it's been absolutely torrential rain all day & still is so I thought it would be quieter. Lots of parents dressed up too & fireworks.
It's nights like this that I'm so glad my kids are not little anymore.

Nope. We don’t usually get any as we live down an unadapted road, no street lighting so I guess parents don’t want to bring the kids down. We do have a pumpkin outside but don’t think any other neighbours do.

Its also pouring with rain now so I guess only the hardiest little horrors will be around.

None here so my DS's are happily tucking in to our sweets

We haven't had any for about half an hour, before that loads. Maybe it has finished early this year or else there will be a second wave?

Loads and it has rained really heavily. All kids very polite, everyone saying thank you and only taking one sweet. Very impressed so far.
