He is out of the race

Hurrah. No Boz. Even though he had more than 100 votes he's decided to withdraw. You don't have to believe the 100+ votes bit but yes, he has withdrawn.

Of course he didn't get 100+ votes. Word is that most of those who resigned because they couldn't continue working with him made it clear that was still the case, with some dishonourable exceptions (Nadhim Zahawi, looking at you). So he'd have seriously struggled to put together a cabinet.
