Swear a bit, then think "at least it's not Jeremy Hunt", then brace myself for a volley of mocking memes from friends outside the UK.

He hasn't announced he's running has he? Plus he was talking to Rishi last night doing some sort of deal, which was probably about his comeback if the parliamentary standards committee outcome is not too damning 🙄

I’ll be joining some of the nationwide protests which will undoubtedly spring up.

I'll be out on the streets with others.

God its horrendous isn't it? I'd leave if I could. I'm done laughing at it all now and feel seriously very sad and powerless. They are taking us for mugs.

I'm hoping BJ will act the statesman and publicly declare his backing for Sunak, persuading his cheerleaders to do the same. Hoping.

I'll start voting Labour (rather than lib dem).

We'll hopefully if he does it will tear apart the Tory party and end them for good which would be cause for celebration 😅

I would join the campaign for a general election. And shout a lot.

I won't be celebrating, no matter who becomes prime minister. I've never celebrated one before, and I can't imagine ever doing that in the future.

🤦‍♀️- this. Might see if there is a protest in my nearest city. Wait for my chance to vote Labour in the next GE if all else fails.

I hope it is Boris because only stable option as any one else will just get torn apart anyway now that the taboo is broken with Liz Truss.
Far better to have Boris who was actually elected until the next election then just let the electorate decide then.
