Celebrate YABU
Not celebrate YANBU

OP posts:
WellTidy · 23/10/2022 08:19

Cry.

JudgeRindersMinder · 23/10/2022 08:19

YANBU

BattenburgSlice · 23/10/2022 08:19

yanbu 😩

TheLovleyChebbyMcGee · 23/10/2022 08:20

Despair at the state of British politics!

FourChimneys · 23/10/2022 08:20

Stay under the duvet for the foreseeable.

TheYearOfSmallThings · 23/10/2022 08:22

Swear a bit, then think "at least it's not Jeremy Hunt", then brace myself for a volley of mocking memes from friends outside the UK.

WeAreTheHeroes · 23/10/2022 08:22

He hasn't announced he's running has he? Plus he was talking to Rishi last night doing some sort of deal, which was probably about his comeback if the parliamentary standards committee outcome is not too damning 🙄

Koala3d · 23/10/2022 08:23

I’ll be joining some of the nationwide protests which will undoubtedly spring up.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 23/10/2022 08:24

I'll be out on the streets with others.

Mad1988 · 23/10/2022 08:24

Laugh ... in the same way the world would be laughing at us. What a bloody circus!

Ledkr · 23/10/2022 08:26

God its horrendous isn't it? I'd leave if I could. I'm done laughing at it all now and feel seriously very sad and powerless. They are taking us for mugs.

demimore · 23/10/2022 08:27

I'm hoping BJ will act the statesman and publicly declare his backing for Sunak, persuading his cheerleaders to do the same. Hoping.

Untitledsquatboulder · 23/10/2022 08:27

I'll start voting Labour (rather than lib dem).

Twinstudy · 23/10/2022 08:28

We'll hopefully if he does it will tear apart the Tory party and end them for good which would be cause for celebration 😅

Neolara · 23/10/2022 08:28

I would join the campaign for a general election. And shout a lot.

NumptiesIncorporated · 23/10/2022 08:29

I won't be celebrating, no matter who becomes prime minister. I've never celebrated one before, and I can't imagine ever doing that in the future.

Saucery · 23/10/2022 08:30

🤦‍♀️- this. Might see if there is a protest in my nearest city. Wait for my chance to vote Labour in the next GE if all else fails.

MaverickSnoopy · 23/10/2022 08:30

YANBU.
I'm secretly hoping that BJ and RS don't declare and that PM doesn't get enough votes. I live in a happy place called denial.

thesunwillout · 23/10/2022 08:30

I read it as wake up next to Boris Johnson

Sorry 😆

gogohmm · 23/10/2022 08:30

Despair and March. A friend is on the organising committee to try to force a general election peacefully

JangolinaPitt · 23/10/2022 08:31

I hope it is Boris because only stable option as any one else will just get torn apart anyway now that the taboo is broken with Liz Truss.
Far better to have Boris who was actually elected until the next election then just let the electorate decide then.

User17956743 · 23/10/2022 08:31

I would just be glad it was not Hunt or Mordaunt

Bretonbear · 23/10/2022 08:31

Laugh and realise that just when I thought Boris Johnson could have any more of a brass neck, he does this. What a clown.

Anneofwindypoplars · 23/10/2022 08:32

Laugh

starfishmummy · 23/10/2022 08:32

Just get on with life as best I can, like always
