Hi my partner knows I absolutely love cats especially black cats and he bought me these two canvases however I don’t think these cats look very
friendly!

I mean they are lovely pictures but I find them Very creepy
He has put them on the wall next to our bed
l I’m thinking of asking him to donate them somewhere but am I being unreasonable

Not my cup of tea, but they don’t bother me. The pentagram isn’t a satanic thing, it’s a pagan thing. It would be the other way up if it was satanic, I believe.

Just tell him that you appreciate the thought but they creep you out a bit and would he like them back to re-gift them.

I think they are absolutely fine if you want an image of the grim reaper peering through your window, and a cat with an egg timer to reinforce that your time is nearly up to be the last thing you see before you close your eyes at night. Sweet dreams!

I adore cats and they're just my type of thing. I have quite a few Lisa Parker and Anne Stokes things, from ornaments to calendars.

I have two Lisa Parker purses, and even two shopping bags, I'd be thrilled to receive these gorgeous pictures.

They’re not creepy and quite beautiful actually but such a specific taste and also absolutely something my husband would buy thinking I would love them! Can you be honest? Or maybe compromise to them going somewhere in the house not as prominent?

The upright pentagram is a pagan symbol, not Satanic. These are great as Hallowe'en decorations, but they're obviously not your cup of tea and I'm not sure I'd want them up all year round either!

They look creepy to me but they don't have to be creepy for you to say you don't like them. Hopefully he gave them to you as he thought you would like them. Since you don't like them why would he want you to keep them.

Sounds like, if he can't take them back for a refund, you have a couple of posters on this thread where you could send them to a good home!
