We were paying £960pm, that's gone down to £800 from this month.
Just wondering what people pay?

Stealth boast!

how has it gone down?

we’ve just fixed for another 5 years and are paying £120 more a month. And we’re happy about it. That’s after paying £1k to get out of our previous fix 6mths early.
2 days later the same product went up 2%

JaceLancs · 01/10/2022 21:44

£800 just ending a fix and expecting new fix to be about £200 more

nilpois · 01/10/2022 21:44

£210 - have finally almost paid it off

Lozzybear · 01/10/2022 21:45

£2100. But it’s going to go up a lot when the fixed rate expires next year.

theydontspeakforus · 01/10/2022 21:46

£1500

DashboardConfessional · 01/10/2022 21:46

£750. Paid £2k ERC to fix for 10 years in March. I had a feeling in my waters.

NiceTwin · 01/10/2022 21:47

£1300, fixed for 5 years, 1 year into those 5 years.
We've always had a tracker mortgage, for some reason dh decided to fix, which was rather fortuitous of him.

Scottishskifun · 01/10/2022 21:47

£608 but we are on a very good fix til 2024. Planning on paying £780 from January as that is what we have calculated ours as going up to as a guess interest projection so want to overpay and get used to payments. If its more then it's less of a sting!

Rentaroom33 · 01/10/2022 21:48

0 thank god!

mrsbyers · 01/10/2022 21:48

£1250 in a fix til it ends in 3 years and 10 months - counting down !

motherofawhirlwind · 01/10/2022 21:49

£1800 pm for 2 properties

CirreltheSquirrel · 01/10/2022 21:49

£930 but I overpay and round it up to £1000

Charlavail · 01/10/2022 21:49

£1130 just became fixed for 2 years last month 😅

Mum2jenny · 01/10/2022 21:50

purplepaintedpineapple · 01/10/2022 21:50
