Is Liz Truss hiding?

I totally appreciate there's a lot of work to do behind the scenes, but I haven't seen or heard anything of Liz Truss in the news the last few days - please correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm interested in what else she's working on/looking into. At least we'd have had Boris blustering his way through the current economical problem in front of the camera.

Maybe she has been locked in a cupboard to stop her from saying anything that could make things worse. Not sure how but I think she could manage that..

Not to defend Truss, but Johnson regularly went missing. #whereisboris was often seen on Twitter.

I noticed on R4 all mentions of the budget were 'the chancellor's budget' or 'kwasi kwarteng's budget. Not even mentioning the government, never mind Truss

I see Rishi Sunak won't be attending the Party Conference. Interesting to know why - if I were him I couldn't continue to support the government right now.

I heard on the wireless this morning that he doesn't want to be involved in the shit shower in any way.

Sunak would have done a better job, but he is brown.

No she's chatting to Zelensky who has just tweeted that fact and that we need to increase our Defence and Financial aid to Ukraine. Feck off the war needs peace negotiations before all the world economies are destroyed and Liz Truss needs to speak to the UK public thanks
