Caroline Flack was a damaged, fragile individual. I can't be certain she read Mumsnet but I am willing to bet she didn't. I think her tragic death was part of a massive and complicated jigsaw.

Not that she did anything wrong, they were filming a segment and the evidence is there that's what they did so I'm not sure why people have nothing better to do than hound a woman with a public profile. Oh hang on, because misogyny.

Their whole gig is about image. Now either both of them are too thick and out of touch to have seen the optics of both scenario's or they are so up themselves that they think they are soooooo loved and couldn't possibly be criticised!

They could have said no to both gigs, it's not as if either of them need the money and if they had resigned or been sacked for taking that moral stance, they would have been lauded from the rooftops.

Or they did say something and the producer said tough, if you don't want the job plenty of others do.

The whole thing is bonkers. Why does anyone care? There was a VIP lane and they used it. Sure Beckham didn’t and he’s getting lots of good press but this backlash is very odd. I don’t watch their show so don’t have a view on that. Survey they weren’t the only ones?

Absolutely this. Everyone's gone bonkers. Even if they did queue jump, who cares? It's hardly a hanging offence. Losing your job because you skipped a few places in a queue is beyond ridiculous, people need to get a grip.

Holly and Phil just seem a bit dated these days. They’ve been over saturated with This Morning and Dancing on Ice. If I were them I’d try doing some stuff apart, maybe with more diverse partners. Their older man/younger woman thing is very 1988. If you look at Steph’s Packed Lunch, it’s bursting with diversity and variety.

That’s more why I think they should move on, not a moral witch hunt, although as did many I did find Phil’s public and OTT coming out hard to stomach.

If I'm watching TV at that time I watch BBC2, news and politics. Not always perfect but worth watching.

Oh absolutely, totally agree - I have zero knowledge about how they felt about this item. I do however have knowledge about how the show works and the level of presenter input as I once worked on it.
