To hope that this is the end of Holly & Phil on This Morning?

Absolute backlash on Twitter as it emerges that Holly & Phill queue jumped to see the queen at her lying in state. Lots of comparisons to Beckham and memes about we skip any queues.

The This Morning office has put out a statement saying they are attending in their capacity as broadcasters.AIBU to hope that this is the end of shrieky Holly and slimey twat Phil?

Well it is possible to be angry about more than one thing but threads about the latter never last long on here because people can't seem to stick to any of the actual facts.

Not quite true. People are angry at Andrew but what can they do? He’s lost his royal titles and isn’t on tv everyday is he?
Holly and Phil are still on This Morning everyday , that’s why people are angry.

Willoughby and Scofield are twats, did do wrong, should have apologised but didn't. They should resign, but won't. Beckham queued, weirdly on his own, but kudos to him, he could have got fast tracked but chose not to, same as Susanna Reid.

Holly and Phil are everywhere on ITV. In Holly’s case, isn’t her husband a producer for ITV? Good old nepotism eh?

Also Holly wore a mask at the time.Was she embarrassed ? Did she not want to get seen? Seems like maybe she knew what people would think.. and is she really a journalist, or a tv presenter?

Do you think it might be to do with crowds of people from all over the country and abroad being in one place with a pandemic still going on?

GS came back from a festival in August with covid as did several of his friends. The horror then gave it to me, almost 70 year old still struggling with long covid from the last time I caught it. Fortunately my mid 70s disabled extremely vulnerable husband managed to avoid it. Big gatherings are likely places to pass it on. She might no be vulnerable but of course she could be or she could have been planning to visit her elderly gran and been a bit more thoughtful than my GS.
