  1. Ex colleague making a video of herself recounting an episode that she had in the shower after seeing a spider in there. Still wrapped up in towels she was and clearly just wanted lots of attention, likes and laughs.
  2. One of my colleagues is with a guy who she thinks craps rainbows even though many of us find him arrogant and rude. She posts photos of herself looking up at him in a simpering and submissive way and it's truly cringeworthy.
  3. Mll lady who says she can now retire her husband, how she is the luckiest girl in the world and posts everyday about how blessed she is and how everyone else can be just like her if they say 'yes' to the opportunity of selling her products.

I can not stand people wishing dead people a happy birthday/anniversary/Christmas/ ect ect

Happy heavenly birthday to…

It drives me insane!

"Had worse Mondays" with picture of a pint of 1% all inclusive lager.

On Instagram "I thought I'd just pop on to say..."

Basically everything on Tiktok, apart from the parodies and comedy which I actually love.

These ones defo 😂😂😂😂

Belle999 · 28/08/2022 19:58

People who use the word cringe and especially those who use it twice or more in a couple of sentences

Georgeskitchen · 28/08/2022 19:58

Those who post that someone scraped their car and drove off. They have the registration number. 24 hours to come forward or will be reported to the police.
Since its touch and go whether the po-po will come out if your granny has been assaulted, just contact your f*in insurance Company!!

Fallingleaves75 · 28/08/2022 20:01

People sticking their tongues out. It’s just horrible.

justfiveminutes · 28/08/2022 20:02

People saying 'happy birthday' to someone who you know is sitting next to them.

People saying 'happy birthday' to people and pets who are dead - I know this makes me a bad person but I just think it's awful.

Floogal · 28/08/2022 20:03

The Pride of Britain wannabes on the local Facebook groups who care so much about the homeless.

The flippers.

Bugs bunny challenge wtf was that about?

Women who film themselves at the gym and have a go at some random man for staring at them

The tough guy memes with Peaky Blinders or Tom Hardy pictures

AllThatAndMore · 28/08/2022 20:05

My social media is a bit boring . I only have about 150 Facebook friends

. I have a few American Trump lovers and that was hard to see ( it angered me to no end ). I kept them on my friends list ( one was my uncle 😕) but unfollowed their posts .

millievanille · 28/08/2022 20:05

@Fallingleaves75 100% agree on this. My friend has to stick her tongue out in every photo she posts. Sometimes it's mouth open and tongue hanging out and sometimes she sticks the end out because she thinks it looks cheeky. Lately she's started to smile with the tip of her tongue between her teeth because she thinks it's cute. It makes me feel ill but more and more people seem to be doing it!

Article in the paper about coat of electricity impacting EV owners and posters gloating about it. Why wish fuel poverty on someone else? To be fair majority of EV owners posting saying they are on fixed low overnight tariffs so would not be impacted was irrelevant to them.

To be fair. As the owner of an EV, it still costs a fraction of what a petrol car costs. A lot of people are skeptical and want them to fail because the government are pushing them. Even with increases EV owners are better off and the ones posing for sad photos are taking the piss.

Fella on tiktok called snapshot eye.

He does dances and you can pay for a cameo off him.

He's 42 and so fucking cringey

He really gives me the ick.

EatingWormsMichael · 28/08/2022 20:16

Everything, even my old posts, I removed myself from Facebook as I'm just not built for it!

Allgoodthings1 · 28/08/2022 20:20

Anyone who’s just got married and comes on with that classic cringey post saying ‘well on behalf of MY HUSBAND and I…’

Sorry no one cares 🙈 I just got married and totally downplayed it after years of seeing that

justfiveminutes · 28/08/2022 20:25

People on TikTok offering style advice when they look bloody awful.

TikToks that goad people into a reaction and only show the reaction.

In the last hour I've seen a 'Karen' shouting at skateboarders. Comments revealed that they were in a no skating area and had just knocked her to the floor.

Also watched 'girls on holiday' wearing virtually no clothes, and looking a bit of a mess actually, walking through a hotel full of older guests who understandably turned to look at this attention-seeking, noisy group who were filming the whole thing. Caption something like 'oh my god why are they staring, my anxiety can't cope.'

Wanky inspirational statements attributed to Keanu Reeves plus photo of sexy sad Keanu

Yep. Always prefaced by "To the man/woman who"

Tonkerbea · 28/08/2022 20:43

Check ins at urgent care or a picture of drips in arms. This form of attention seeking post is usually accompanied by a #thankyouNHS which is a flimsy attempt at detracting from aforementioned attention seeking.

PinkRiceKrispies · 28/08/2022 20:43

1.Definitely those who poke their tongue out. A guy doing this on my FB feed had a white tongue due to plaque and it made me want to gag.

  1. Constant alcohol fueled 'fun' photos.
  2. Dedications to partners as in 'Thank you Ben for being my world and so supportive in everything I do.' Why not just say it to his face?
  3. Couples who post photos on FB every valentines day, every birthday about their other half.
  4. People showing off their very expensive birthday presents
Mybumlooksbig · 28/08/2022 20:46

Mrshinch and ladbaby get right on my tits

Rainbowdrops2021 · 28/08/2022 20:58

@coffeetofunction 😬 same! I’m going to sound insensitive but when does it end “happy 126th birthday grandad”

Yes, and someone will ask what happened or whether they are OK (hun) and they reply "I'll PM you". Honestly, if you're going to post that you're at the hospital, don't give only half the story!

ProperSorryFrown · 28/08/2022 20:59

Jlo singing to Ben at the wedding, he is sat on a chair facing the stage. He looked so uncomfortable.

paulaparticles · 28/08/2022 21:32

I'll tell you what I hate. People who talk to you on there and ignore you in person 🤬

SommerTen · 28/08/2022 21:54

Yes. People who are friends on Facebook but won't say hi in real life are binned by me now!!
