Please help me find the cheapest Premier Inn for 3 weeks - sanity depends on this

I have learned something shocking about my fiancé. It has totally made me question whether we should even get married in, almost exactly, a month.

I think it would be beneficial to take some time apart to evaluate things.

I'm shaking literally from the unknown (also have a bad/weird feeling I may be pregnant).

Please advise where I should decamp for a couple/3 weeks.

Surely an Air bnb is better as its self catering, unless you're happy to eat out/ get takeaways for 3 weeks!

We stay in Newcastle quite a bit to see family (used to live there but don't any longer!). This one is normally pretty cheap. 15/20min walking distance to a couple of the Newcastle metro stations for access, or there are buses. Quite near the coast too (again, get metro or bus to Whitley Bay or Tynemouth) and I always find the sea helps me calm down and think.

You can use a search like everyone else. No one else can determine 'near' or 'cheap' for you. Let this be your first big independent decision.

If you have 'question things ' the answer is no, don't marry him. Or attach yourself to him. He isn't sorry and he won't change. That's your second big decision done.

I live in the north east and would say premier inn/travel lodge prices are quite cheap here as appose to anywhere else. You need to take a pregnancy test lovely, if this is something you can’t get over stay well clear from him x

Also independantcottages.co.uk, always have lots of late availability self catering, often at reduced prices. You really do need to confide in someone though, either a friend, family member or an organisation like womens aid. The police can verify (or not) his past regarding assault on another woman.

This is a bit dramatic. Just tell the guy it's over and either kick him out or find your own hotel room. No need to pretend you're in a spy movie. Fine, he's a shit. Thankfully you're not married do you don't even really have to see him again.

You are not thinking rationally -why retreat for 3 weeks to a hotel ? You need to be asking how to move out and where can you stay till you get yourself sorted

If you just want to vanish for a while , looking at places you can get to directly by train from London shows Northampton as the cheapest town centre premier inn.
I can't do a similar search for travellodge. Otherwise try a holiday park: most have WiFi now and you may be able to get a good value deal. I hope your Claire's law search comes back quickly.

As we don’t know what exactly it is he’s alleged to have done, or why he did it, this is incredibly bad advice. Did you not consider for a moment that maybe he badly injured his ex for trying to do the same thing?

Personally I'd go for a cheap B&B on the coast somewhere for about 3 nights. That way you're away, not committed to anything longer and gives you time to plan what to do next.

If you are concerned for your safety, pick one of the areas suggested as long as you have no connection to it. If you need to get away to clear your head, choose somewhere completely anonymous and just go.

Premier Inn for three weeks would be expensive. Don't forget there's no kitchen to prepare food. Even if you have a mini fridge and microwave would be better than living off sandwiches eating out and takeaways.
